Yes, they'll still flash the same way, just without the transluscent red and blue coronas :)

I think you can replace lightbar colors just using Photoshop, but the red and blue coronas will still be visible anyway since they are not related to your lightbar color but inherent to the GTA V engine! So all you need to do is change the red and blue colors of your lightbar, and install a visualsettings.dat file that was set to remove the coronas, that's all :)

I try to have my LSPD fleet with identical lightbars and liveries, my sheriff fleet with a different lightar, but same with other sheriff cars, and identical sheriff liveries, and so on with all my agencies! :) I like to have a homogeneous feeling when I play!

The Hydra has a vertical thrust mode, so you can easily follow a pursuit with it

I think you have to add it to an existing carvariation.meta file, like in mpchristmas2, because it is not accessible yet! :)

I think that the problem with this is that callouts are not dynamically created, they have parameters, so even if someone made this, after a couple of times you would guess the outcome even before investigating! :)

Vehicles don't come with handling lines, they follow the game's handling.meta file, so you have to change it if you want realistic stats :) I use this one and it's a nice one, works with all updates so far :) https://fr.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/realistic-driving-v

You need to install a different handling line for cars to have realistic speeds, brake times and all! :)

I don't hold the people of Germany responsible today, but I have to admit they are not very grateful for all the gifts we offered them during all those years and are not very keen to be as kind as other countries were to them. Also, I believe I've seen somewhere that if France had to pay what Greece owes them, it would cost at most ~150 euros per citizen. Not that much, for the relieve of an entire country, and from my several trips to the land of baguettes, I can say they are very generous!

I believe it is a website related issue, I've seen it happening regularly!
