  1. Hi all! I've been wanting to start making police vehicles but I'm having trouble with the lights... I was wondering if someone knew of any in-depth tutorials I could watch or if someone was willing to help me. Thanks in advance!
  2. Added a new item: San Andreas State Patrol texture pack (SAPD) A fictional texture pack that adds SASP/SAPD vehicles (instead of SAHP) This was originally posted on the site as a texture pack, but I wasn't the happiest with it. Thought I'd still share it for those who want it!
  3. I've only changed the handbrake for RB. I'll clarify this in the description. :)
  4. This feels heavily based on Ventura County Sheriff. Is it?
  5. These are not controller bindings. These are keyboard bindings. This post is for controller bindings only
  6. As of now, you can report your review and request for it to be removed. I have done this in the past.
  7. Sadly, I cannot add functions that are not already in the game. I can, however, remap current controls to different buttons. R* has set settings and the only changeable thing is the button. If you get xpadder, you can use your controller with a turn signal mod.
  8. I love the new audio!!! I just had a few concerns, so far: I feel like some of the new Arrest Manager response audio is a bit intense. Some of the audio clips make it seem like you're requesting backup to a shots fired, but it's just asking another officer to pick up the dude in your back seat. People may not agree with me, but I think it was better to have "let's bring this guy down" as a NOOSE response rather than making it seem like your character is saying it. I kind of feel like it takes away from the immersion because the voice doesn't match the one I have set for my character. Again, it could just be me that feels this way Some of the 10-99 audio for police radio is a bit intense. It's really cool for some things... but a bit too much for others. For example: I did a plate check and it came back with a suspended license; the dispatch lady gave me a 10 second warning message about how the guy was a wanted criminal and how careful I needed to be... Not trying to bash your mod, believe me! I just wanted to give my feedback, Keep up the good work, cheers!
  9. I've tested the set on Standard FPS. Are you using a different control scheme?
  10. This isn't my doing. I've tested the set and the back button still works. Could you tell me what settings you're using?
  11. Hi all! The comments section on the mod post was getting a bit crowded. From now on, please post all set requests here. Important Information: Read through each set carefully before requesting a custom one. You never know if your perfect set is already available Be EXTRA clear about what you want! If you want to receive updates on new sets, make sure to follow the main post page rather than this one Here's where you can download the current sets: Specialty Addons: These addons are files that can be added on to any set. Make sure to install these files after installing the desired set. Simply install into the same location as the set. The options include Remove Cover [LB,RB,X,RT] Remove Handbrake [A] Remove Handbrake [RB] Remove Handbrake & Duck [A+RB] Remove Jump [X,A] Remove Stealth Mode [LS&A] Remove Vehicle Duck [A] Remove Vehicle Duck [RB] Similar Mods: Here are some sets provided to you by other users with similar mods: Current Sets:
  12. Hi there LSPDFR devs! I had a suggestion that I believe many people want. Right now, I am very hesitant to leave a review on a mod unless I am giving it 5 stars. The reason for this is that I cannot change my review or rating after I have submitted it. I feel this is a huge problem. The whole point of reviews is to let others know how good a modification is, but also to let the creators know that they need to work harder (or that they're doing just fine) I want to propose two things: That we are allowed to update our rating | This can be useful as modifications change and so do our feelings about them After a review is made, next to the "helpful" indicator should be what version of the mod the review was left on | This can save so much stress as a creator. People looking at reviews can get a bad taste for a mod if the top review happens to be from the first version, but nobody will ever know if the review was for an earlier version or the new one (granted, they can look at the dates and cross-check that with the latest update date... but people are lazy). If they could see what version it was left on, they can actually decide properly to get the mod or not
  13. I'd love to be a part of the beta test! I do have a packed schedule and will not be able to test all the time, however.
  14. Removing the interaction key does not remove camera change :) I'll get to work on this once I finish the other one! Cheers!
  15. I'll get on that tonight! I finished your set yesterday (I forgot to tell you) Yours is set#4
  16. I've rewritten the xml file over 4 times and I can't find what's wrong. I even used notepad++ to compare it to the default xml file... No luck... If someone was willing to take some time and help me by looking over the xml file, that would be great. Thanks in advance! I figured out the issue and now it works fine. After doing some digging I discovered that I was using a ped model that didn't exist. I accidentally put '04' instead of '03' My stupid mistake. Thanks for an amazing mod!

After days of work and hours of checking every detail, I can finally present to the LSPDFR community my LSPD Lore Textures! I really hope y'all enjoy! I put a LOT of effort into each vehicle! If you catch something I missed, let me know in the comments! :D Instructions in README These are NOT full models. This pack works with most vehicles but were specifically created & taylored for models by @Captain14 You can find the models here: Important Information: Please rate the mod for what it is, and not what it should be. Thank you. I understand that the back of the Charger may not look complete. This is due to model limitations; I have no control over this I understand that there are some vehicles that the LAPD does not use. Such vehicles include the 2013 K9 Tahoe and the 2015 Charger This pack is compatible and was built for Captain14's LSPD Pack, however, the textures will work with any other vehicle that uses the same template Leave feedback in the comments section below!
  17. On the new FPIS, I can't find a place on the template to put a license plate... Do we just put it where it normally would be?
  18. I tried pulling the '13 explorer from the file and just replacing police3 with it but now the lightbar doesn't work right. The coronas work but it doesn't have the lights It'd also be nice if there was a version that didn't extend the coronas. My game can't handle all of the added reflections
  19. I really don't mean to be an asshole... But is this any different than Siren Mastery by albo???
  20. Will we eventually see a default attribute for the granger, fib, ambulance, etc?
  21. When the change log says "how sirens are loaded" does that mean that they're dynamic? Like if I go through a tunnel will the sirens echo?
