    That's the file that you have highlighted. It doesn't say .log because you have extensions hidden on your computer. Upload that file and one of us can try to figure out what is causing the crash.

    If STP is saying it's disabled it is probably because you need to update it. As for ELS not "turning on" going to need more info. Do your lights not work but you hear the beeps? If you press CTRL + P does the display panel show up? What part of ELS isn't working.

    In your Grand Theft Auto V folder where all the game files are you should see the below files. Take that highlighted log file and attach it here.

    Notepad++ doesn't do syntax checking by default you need a plugin for it, it's called XML Tools. It checks syntax, can correct tabbing/spacing, bunch of other stuff.

    @JBuzz826 You have syntax errors on Line 1457 and 1470 of CustomQuestions, Also in TrafficStopQuestions Line 299. All errors are Answer being spelled wrong. I would suggest using Notepad++ with the XML Tools plugin it will tell you anytime you open or save a file if there's an XML syntax error.
