I assume what happened is NMF is outdated, therefore not working and not allowing the game to load. There are some plugins and scripts that will continue to work while being outdated, and some that will just crash your game if you try and use them.

Visual mods don't play a part in whether or not your emergency lights turn on or not, especially with ELS. 🙂 Are you still having an issue, or did you figure it out?

If you still have all your patchdays in the vanilla folder, it should be fine. Try again, this time go into the vehicles.rpf of the patchday and try edit mode.Glad you figured it out. 🙂 I'm the same way, I accumulate a lot of stuff in my mods folder and never update my game (always reverting).

The Whelen Edge has to be my favorite light bar. The look is nice, and the patterns are always impressive. I really like the pack, especially how you set up the individual stages. If I may make some suggestions for the future in terms of vehicles, Crown vic, 14 Charger, 13 Tahoe, Impala and possibly another SUV or truck, maybe Durango or Silverado? Either way, loving the cars.- 7 comments

The carvariations for vanilla police slots is unable to be easily edited. Instead, I always use a dlcpack, like mpchristmas2 and throw the carvariation there. If you're also asking "how" to make it spawn black, in carvariations there are a bunch of numbers under an <indices content> line. Change the first two <indices> to 000. Here is an example.I was planning to stick with the old anyway. 😛 It does suck though, would be nice to have peds in the interiors, especially homes.I didn't even know about that one. @Jevik Just so you know, the all blue option is forgetting a texture. You forgot to make "raptortextures" all blue, so the siderunners are still R/B. I've attached a texture from my all blue pack if you wanna use. 🙂- 7 comments

You're welcome. Let me know if it doesn't work.By ELS works, you mean you hear it clicking, and when you go code 3, headlights and tailights flash, but nothing else? If so, just restart your computer. Adding into the mods folder is very, very easy. In OpenIV, navigate to the vanilla update-->x64-->dlcpacks. Go into the patchdays you need and click "edit mode". It will bring up a red box warning you that you're editing vanilla files, and will give you the option to create said path in the mods folder. Do that for each patchday or dlc you need.It sounds to me like you're missing something for ELS. Did you install ScriptHookV?

I know this is what a lot of people love, but CS never changes, never even comes out with a new game.
