To my immediate knowledge there's no confirmation on if he is currently working on it, it's just our best guess. Alex is generally on top of these things, so I imagine he is. Your only option is just to be patient. :) Yes, we're on an older version.

Make sure all the launchers (Rage, GTAV) are in the same directory, and also if you have any shortcuts from before the update, remove those and make a new one.

Your plugins folder is not the same as your mods folder. You do have a mods folder, correct? Your link has been removed, as redistributing files isn't permitted.

I meant there aren't links to step by step tutorials on installing peds. :P There are YT vids, but not text guides like the one I made for standalone cars.

Try removing your mods folder entirely. Also, what happens if you launch the game via Steam or via the GTA 5.exe?

Make sure your Rage is up to date. If it says you're still on an older version despite a fresh install of GTA, one of your mods is outdated.

For getting more room, do what I did and utilize the different dlcs such as mpchristmas2 and some of the others. You can also download mods that add in their own dlcpack which will also give you extra space. I currently have several dlcpacks full of standalone cars. There isn't one (text guide) for installing peds to my knowledge, but modding peds isn't difficult at all. For vehicles there are two text guides located at the top of the GTA V support section. Yes. Most mods will have it said somewhere what they require in order to work.

SHV just lets you run other mods. When downloading a mod, double check and see if it just needs LSPDFR, or if it needs SHV.

ScriptHookV is not a must have. You can successfully play LSPDFR without it. Car mods and LSPDFR based plugins do not require ScriptHookV and will still work just fine. Trainers aren't mandatory, but you really should have one, in my opinion. ScriptHookV is mainly for trainers and mods like ELS. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. You said you're on an older version of GTA, though, right? ScriptHookV won't work on an older version of GTA.
