You posted about the incident on a public forum. Whether you like it or not, you're going to get opinions. Plain clothed officers who get pissy about having to show their badge are probably the ones who think all they are high and mighty, while you're nothing. What did the Sheriff say/do? or did you never find out? A bit of confusion, though. The way you worded the first quote is that you don't think plain clothed officers should be carrying their firearm, and you explicitly said "kinda my discretion", as if you'd kick him out of the building for being plain clothed and having the weapon.

Someone else asked this question earlier, so I'll just copy-paste: In terms of crashing, there isn't a list of "popular" plugins. The plugins that will crash on launch or crash when going on duty generally are the ones that are outdated if they do it every single time. Any plugin can cause a crash for any reason, it's the annoying part of modding. :P If you're looking to see which mods work for you and which don't, the best way to tell this is just by trial and error. I second this. It baffles me. I wasn't even rude to him, I just said I've been burned by every law enforcement simulator thus far, and had zero faith. I then told him if the game came out and was as incredible as they're making it, I will apologize and admit I was wrong. The only reason someone would react the way he has is if we're right and the game isn't legitimate.

What happens if you put the vehicle back in as it came, with its own texture?

After being burned by so many police sims, I have zero faith, and always express my concerns and disbelief in this game. I commented on someone's YT video for Police Simulator 18 and said unless it was made by a triple a dev, I had zero faith, and every police sim, including 10-13, had been a let down. Somehow, as if he was summoned, the developer showed up and began attacking me for my lack of faith in them. This went on for a little bit until I straight up told him how unprofessional he was, and that he needed PR training, and instead of crapping on me for not believing in them, they should be trying to get me on board and PROVE to me, a CONSUMER, that their product will be successful. Instead, he deleted EVERY comment from the thread and left. Instead of apologizing, instead of admitting he is garbage at PR, he ran away with his tail between his legs. Well, he just guaranteed I will NEVER buy this game even if it releases.

I second this. I get wanting to make the cars black/white so it's obvious they are police cruisers, but it gets old. It's why I will rarely use any black/white textures on my LSPD fleet and will just use all white. Unique designs such as the new Toronto one are amazing!
