Open OpenIV and go to mods \ update \ update \ common \ data. Extract "visualsettings.dat" to your desktop and open it. Find the following "car.defaultlight.emissive.on", there will be a day and night option. For day, change it to 6000.00. For night, change to 1500.00, then save. Now, in OpenIV, click "edit mode" and drag the edited visualsettings.dat back to where you got it from. Click "edit mode" again and you can close OpenIV and go in game.

The weird colors is a result of the lights not being that bright. If you increase the brightness it should be fine.

That firetruck is the exact same as the vanilla model. The only difference is that it was made for ELS.

Unfortunately, with certain cars such as that, while it has a livery on it, the car color is determined by the carvariations. You can either find a different car, use a different livery, or edit the carvariations yourself to make it spawn a certain color. https://imgur.com/a/F4Ptk

Unfortunately there isn't. What he did was keep the firetruck vanilla, didn't add an ELS VCF to it, and changed the fire tone. Sadly, with how ELS is currently, you can't have police siren, fire siren, etc. They are all the same.

You're welcome. :) Police Radio (the old version) did allow you to request PITs, but I have no idea if Police Smart Radio does. One mod that I use and have fallen in love with is Pursuit Deterrence. If the pursuit starts to last too long, you can use this and it has a chance of making the suspects stop fleeing and give up.
