  1. I think you might be doing something wrong. By default emergency lights should work for AI. Do emergency lights/sirens work for you?

  4. Almost all were wounded by gunfire (granted, some might've been wounded by other people panicking and scattering). That is chilling and really makes you realize just how prepared for murder he was. He didn't plan to scare anyone, or have a specific target. He was there for everyone. It's truly saddening.

  8. If you have that option on false, yes. If it's on true, they can use ELS, which means you can use ELS vehicles for AI.
  9. Sorry, we generally don't lock threads unless there is a reason to. You can just leave it as is. :)
  10. The option doesn't mean if they can use ELS functionality, it means if they can use ELS at all. If you set ElsActiveOnAI=false they will be unable to use lights/sirens.
  11. Regardless of race, of motive, of who, it happened, and that won't change. Lets not focus on those, lets focus on the victims and the struggles they are going through. To the ones that will survive, they survived physically. Mentally and emotionally? They are scarred for life. If you want to help the victims and are able to, donate blood. You'll be saving more lives than you know.

This is a gorgeous pack and each texture is a bit unique depending on the vehicle you used it on, and I love that! I've recently gotten a fixation with all white textures, so this satisfies my craving.
  13. If the vehicle spawns just fine, then no. Something you're doing is incorrect, but I'm not sure what at this point. Please take updated screenshots of your directory, including ELS folders.

  16. Awesome, thank you! Take your time, I'm in no hurry.
  17. I use T0y's Goose Creek pack. All of your textures work for his vehicles except for the ESU, since one wasn't made. The other being the Chevy Express PT - https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/els-2016-chevy-express-3500-prisonor-transport-unit
  18. Open your ELS config and look for "MaxActiveVehs". Change this to 50. Then try again. If it still doesn't work, try reinstalling ScriptHookV.
