The car, the texture, and the lights are sexy! I WANT MOAR! -

There really isn't a "best binding", it always comes down to personal preference and what buttons you want for this or that. There's always going to be button interference, even on keyboard. On keyboard it's more manageable, but on a controller with limited buttons? Good luck not having a keybind interference. I keep most of my keybinds on keyboard for convenience. The only keybinds on controller I have are for ELS, I'd much rather not deal with the random things caused by another plugin while in a pursuit.

He was there when it happened, there's no "I'm just gonna leave now". If you want to move your crane out of the way for first responders, fine, but you damn well better stand there, waiting for them, and say "I was on scene working when this happened".

I think some mod authors might prevent it from being disabled entirely.

Look in the openiv viewer at the model, does it look fine? If yes, I'd look through the other patchdays, you might have another modded car in that is interfering with the slot.

Go in game and look through the sectional lighting patterns. There might be one that has the police board turned off. When you find that one, switch the sectional patterns in the VCF to that one. Also, press K in game. If the police board turns on, it is in fact sectional lights.
