As much as I love the usual police car, I'm always wanting a unique police car, one that isn't seen often. I was, and still am very excited we get an old Mustang as a police vehicle. Car looks beautiful and was done very well!- 6 comments

Open GTA V's folder, go into mods-->update-->x64-->dlcpacks. Delete the folder named NVR_EMISSIVES. Now go in game and try.

I think you might of found the wrong video. There is no "VICZ" file. To replace a texture, replace over the blank_sign_1 textures. In this case, police_sign_1. Depending on the model, the name will be different. It could be tahoe_sign_1, or cvpi_sign_1. In some cases, the author may even name it "template". Just look for the "blank"_sign_1 and you're good.

There is something you've done, whether it be install something, change something, whatever else, but this is definitely a result of something you have done. I install vehicles on a daily basis and most of the time never have issues. My best advice is to back trace every action you have done to see if you edited something you shouldn't of. I also want to ask again, have you installed NaturalVision Remastered? This is a graphics mod which includes a dlcpack that would do this.
