I'd just like to point out that people do have the option of logging in as invisible, meaning we do not see the last time they were online. My guess is that his personal life is busy.

This is being caused by ELS. Open the ELS INI and look for "ELSTrafCTRL", set to false.

I could be wrong because it has been a long, long time since I've used the vanilla lights and siren system (non ELS), but I was almost positive U-turners.com was caused by ELS.

Question: Are you making a vehicle and trying to get that set up, or just installing one and trying? If the second option, check out my all blues topic. I include instructions in the description on what you need to do to install the textures. It sounds to me like either not all the textures are blue, or you're doing something incorrectly. I am heading to bed, but will get back with you tomorrow.

LSPDFR was the first time I ever got into game modding, and it's so worth it. Won't lie, there will be times you rage and get mad, modding is not always easy. However, we are here to help if you need anything at all. Installing of Rage, LSPDFR and callouts, if you choose to add those, are a simple drag and drop. THIS IS LOOKING SO DAMN GOOD! This is me speaking as myself, not as a member of G17 Media or on any "official" capacity. Based on the other previews, it seems like 0.4 is going to offer most of what Albo's mods do, aside from Smart Radio. There will still be some features from his mods that we don't have (coroner being one of them. I don't recall Sam ever saying in past 0.4 threads if this was a thing), but for the most part, I think 0.4 may be beneficial in knocking down how many extra LSPDFR dependent mods we need, which is really a good thing.

Check the ELS documentation, as you're doing something incorrect at some point during the installation. ELS does indeed work.

There are some exceptions, say if someone has edited the meta or carvariations to make their vehicle work properly. Then they can provide it. For the vanilla files, those can't be redistributed. You need to either use a back up if you made one, use the vanilla update folder if you used a mods folder, or verify integrity of game cache.

You can keep the ram bar if you want it. You can either go into the trainer and enable the ram bar, or if you want it on all the time, go into the vehicles.meta.

Open the VCF (xml files) of the cars with the issue. Now, look under the section EOVERRIDE. Now you will see <Extra01 IsElsControlled="true"> Go down through all of the extras and change "true" to "false". It should look like this: <Extra01 IsElsControlled="false"> <Extra02 IsElsControlled="false"> and so on. You do not need to change "AllowEnvLight".

Well, let me ask first, did you install ELS? If yes, go into the ELS folder in the GTA directory-->pack default.
