Never install mods in the vanilla update folder. If the section isn't in your mods folder, go into x64e in your vanilla update folder, and click "edit mode". You will see a red notification box advising you make this path in the mods folder, do it. This is also how you do it for the other archives.

Two quick notes: Authors are allowed to do whatever the hell they want with their models. If you don't like it, the best course of action is to not download and move along. At the same time, the comments section is here to discuss the model, which includes giving your opinion on the set up and what you prefer. One callout I recommend is a domestic dispute of some type, whether it be family, lovers, etc. Maybe it's a difference in the US and UK, but having the cops called on you for being antisocial? That sounds made up, being antisocial isn't a crime. My recommendation is to rename this callout to "Disorderly person", or "belligerent person".

I recommend, if you haven't already, talk with your supervisor/boss and just verify if it's allowed at all to upload. I'd hate for them to see it and you get in trouble.
