After I Skyped my friend earlier, Windows 10 has seemed to near-mute videos yet make games absurdly loud. Help?

You have to change your Shader and Post FX to their highest settings in the in-game settings menu.

just drag both folders from the download into your GTA V directory. Do not go into the folders and move each individual file.

Whenever I try to launch the FiveReborn client, I get an error message stating that it has stopped working.

I am trying to make a modded server with FiveReborn, but any browser I put my IP or the other thing (192.168.0.1), all the browsers tell me that the "site" cannot be reached, so I cannot port forward. How can I fix this issue?

All new car mods are installed via OpenIV. You do not need to spawn them in; you can find them around the map. However, if they are addon vehicles, meaning that they do not replace vehicles that are already in the game, then you will need a trainer to spawn them. Simple trainer works fine with the latest update.

The first siren I do not know. It sounds like a Rumbler without the rumble, so I don't know. The siren coming from the fire truck is a mechanical Federal Q.

Go into your update folder (inside of your mods folder), then x64, then dlcpacks, then to the very-bottom folder and put it in there. Do not put anything in x64e. Police2 will only work if you put it in patchday5 or higher.

Yesterday, my CB worked fine. Today, when I call for backup, empty units spawn, and units from a different backup type respond. For example, I tried calling for my custom park ranger backup, and empty prangers spawned. Also, a bunch of local patrol units responded. I made no changes between yesterday and now. I tried to upload my Rage log, but I played last at 8:45, yet the last log in the Logs folder is from today at 2:59 PM. CustomBackup (3).xml CustomBackupLocations.ini backup.xml

Somehow all of the textures were deleted.
