Well if you add in plugins and stuff LSPDFR instantly gets better.

I had this issue once (before I modded), then I reinstalled my game one time, and somehow that fixed the issue, so I think a mod may have changed it.

I put a post on their forums over a week ago but nobody replied to it.

When I run the client, it loads to where you can see the FiveReborn logo and then I get an error message stating that it has stopped working.

LSPDFR and redux have nothing to do with each other. Just install redux and it will not mess with LSPDFR.

GTA V also keeps asking me for the code, which I also put in. But I just x-out of the window and load the game.

Well OpenIV is a bit touchy. Just load your game, load the model, and screenshot the texture.

Well to screenshot the textures you need to actually load the game. Every texture that is uploaded on this site has screenshots from the game.

You don't make textures in OpenIV. You need the templates for the vehicles and Paint.net or PhotoShop.

LCPDFR has no save or resume game features.

If it is the Police & EMS addon pack, that's because he didn't make the cars and he can't redistribute them. You actually have to go download them. He just made the .meta files to make the cars addons. Please provide one screenshot of your Traffic Policer download.

You have to A) find its carvariations.meta a vehicles.meta locations (I forget which one contains livery data), and if there isn't one, you have to write an entry into the .meta to make liveries supported.

No, the meta files mean nothing if the actual texture/model files aren't in the game.
