I installed a Police vehicle and now GTA is updating to replace (I think that's why it's updating) the files

Be more specific. What rotators? Where are the located? What are they found on? oh wait I don't play gta 4

yes I have it. Not to sound rude but why in hell would I install an ADDon when I don't have main pack?

I successfully installed the EUP Tactical Addon pack using the OpenIV Package Installer, but when I load the game EUP says I do not have the addon installed.

I'm trying to install the Silverado and I've run into a problem. Here is a line from the ReadMe: "The carvariation.meta doesn't exist for sheriff2, so you can add Sheriff2 line in any carvariation.meta you want, example: mod/update/x64/dlcpack/mpheist/common/data/carvariation.meta or mod/update/x64/dlcpack/mpluxe/common/data/carvariation.meta" I've made it into the carvariation.meta folder but I'm not sure where exactly/how to enter the line. I can't edit any of the text

When I close out the RPH console, there's a little menu with all sorts of options. I can even customize my police vehicle with different color. How do I save the particular vehicle? ****I FIGURED IT OUT NEW QUESTION IS HOW DO I CHANGE LIGHTBAR SHAPE AND SIREN TONES****

After I finish doing something in the RPH console and close it, a little menu pops up. One of the options on this menu is to spawn bodyguards. I click it and select a bodyguard and press A on controller to spawn it, but nothing happens.

I'm trying to install a new vehicle but it says this under Installation: - OpenIV/GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf I don't understand what that means/how to use it

I cannot figure out how to install any of these after downloading.
