Here is a list of questions I had, which I had help fixing, or figured out. This is just to save time, since there isn't really a thread for FAQ's or something.

How do I install new vehicles?

This one took me a while to figure out. But its pretty simple. Download the car you want from the download section and save it to desktop.

Use: Spark IV: http://code.google.c.../downloads/list

Once you installed Spark IV, open it. At the top left, there should be two options. GTA IV, and EFLC. Click which ever one you're using, then go to PC -> models -> cdimages.

Here you should see a list of things, including vehicles.img. Simply double click that. Once open, you will see a list of cars. At the top bar, there are different options which include "export, export all, and import". Click on Import.

After clicking import, go to the file where you saved your car(s). Click the .wft and .wtd files and click open. You should now see the cars in the list. Click save, and rebuild.

You're good to go.
