Yes I have a group called AdioAreaGaming and we need a First Car pack it can be any states it can be Canada but only USA,And Canada

Every mod in the downloads section violates the copyright of the car companies. So the person who made the car technically can't do anything if you use it. Also if the group is private the person who made the vehicle generally allows it

I think there's like an agreement that a car pack can be shared between members without asking for permission... But I might be wrong :/

first off.. if a car is released publicly that anyone in the clan can get anyway your good to go.. so i'd advise just make a pack out of everything available like most other clans..

if you just so happen to get a modder/modeler in your clan (like mine) obviously custom cars wouldn't be that far of a stretch.   im only saying this because with the amount of info your giving I doubt anyone will want to help you with this..  unless someone IS nice enough of course
