Someone should make it so when a PIT is performed, the car is unable to move due to the wheels locking...

The 3 templates in the file are for making your own skins. If you put these on normally, it's gonna be a white car. But I made them to edit, for skinners to use.

No, LCPDFR is a mod you can just download. As long as GTAIV works, LCPDFR can. Also, .95 is out...

Regarding hardware, does anyone think the Radeon 6670 will be able to handle GTA V, assuming the requirements are higher than IV's?

Well, I just spent the past 4 hours creating 3 different blank templates and just uploaded them.. I just couldn't figure out the triangle template...

This template pack contains blank templates for a Crown Victoria, Dodge Charger and a Chevy Impala. Please view the readme file included. Credit to cj24, these templates came from his cars.

I have like 3 crown vic skins that I can easily do, but all the Chargers have the triangles. I can't use this thing, the last time I tried it came out terrible.
