  1. How the hell does that even work... You have an integrated chip, I doubt there's any ports open... The only way to change the video card on that is to replace the entire motherboard, which will end up costing you alot more. I'd go for the desktop.
  2. Even if they can, a laptop's video card is very limited, I doubt you'll be able to play GTA even with an upgrade.
  3. I don't think they can. Just save up for the one I posted. Get the one I posted and then save up again and get a new video card and maybe a Power unit, and you'll have a top notch PC.
  4. Personally, I don't even mind government/private company intrusions. Should anything happen, all evidence is invalid without a warrant, so meh.
  5. Yep. 550 ti is 400w . I was thinking of a new MB, since all the good cards are PCI-E 2.1 and 3.0. I can't find a single MB that supports 2.1 or 3.0. What's up with that?
  6. I'll look around. Ok, the best I can find is this: http://www.dell.com/...inspiron-570/fs (The one in the middle) Even then, you'd be lucky to get 15 FPS. Unless you add on that video card for $90.
  7. The above PC is even worse than the first. Get a desktop. EDIT: I'll look around for you. What's the tippy tippy top brim of what you will spend?
  8. What PC do you have now? I can help you find upgrade parts.
  9. Aw hell naw. That thing will either blow up or implode when you play GTA.
  10. Ah... Well, my total upgrades will be; Geforce GTX 550 ti 550W Antec PSU AMD Phenom II x4 965 3.4 ghz quad core Anybody have experience with those 2? Should I be able to just pop them in using my computer? (Hp link is up top)
  11. Thanks :) Why can't we delete our own posts? I assume to prevent people from saying something then deleting it to not get in trouble?
  12. Awesome, thanks!
  13. Thanks :P Infact, I might just buy a new PC. I decided I'm gonna roll with the Geforce GTX 550 ti. Forget a new PC :P
  14. Now sacrificing my entire airsoft plans, I'll get a new MB that supports 3.0. I'm going all out on this. Hopefully I get like $5-600 for my birthday...
  15. Argh, I was afraid of the MB not being good... EDIT: Screw airsoft, LCPDFR all da way!
  16. I want to upgrade my PC, which I haven't done before other than upgrading RAM in my old PC. Right now, I have: Radeon HD 4350 (512mb) AMD Phenom II X4 910 (2.8ghz) 8 GB Memory 300W PSU (Specs here: http://h10025.www1.h...uct=4007333#N60 ) As you may know, the E9220y is a terrible, overpriced piece of crap. What I'm looking to get: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102908 Radeon HD 6850 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103727 Phenom II x4 965 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371016 550W PSU Come to a total of about $340. This means possibly scrapping my airsoft loadout plans, but hopefully I will be able to afford these after my birthday. My birthday is June 1, so, obviously, I plan to order something June 1-2. Will the above products be able to run GTAIV and assuming that the specs are higher, GTAV? I only plan to play a few games on pc like GTAIV-V, Metro 2033. LCPD:FR Is what made me want to upgrade, so now I'll be spending over $340 for LCPDFR :P Even then, will these parts all even FIT into my PC? Can they all connect to eachother? Since this PC has 1 x16 PCI-E port, with little room, do you think that card will fit? EDIT: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161379 What about this one?
  17. Just a question, is the Radeon 6670 able to handle GTAIV on highest settings, and do you think it will handle GTAV? For my birthday, I'm willing to sacrifice my airsoft loadout for new PC parts. So far I need a video card and PSU...
  18. It's usually under something like interiorstuff or something. Don't take my word for it, though
  19. It looks to me like you paste those into a SparkIV texture, but I'm probably wrong.
  20. Yeah, he's good.
  21. It's supposed to stand out
