    You said Install Instructions put to your "Plugins/lspdfr" folder for ragehook. Can you be more specific? Do I put it in Plugins? or do I put it in LSPDFR? inside the Plugins folder, and thank you for reuploading this, don't let others make you take this down again!

    idk why but I feel like this was like a dutch skin made into a traffic unit skin just by putting traffic unit and the arrows on it, I'm not saying you stole it okay!
