    Thanks, BuddaRocks!
    That did the trick!
I disabled the notifications for the phone once, after enabling it back I get the message with the ID and also the screen-notifications for the callouts.
    Thanks a lot!

    "European police"?
The "European police" does not exist. Europe is not a country.
It is like saying the US, the Mexican and the Canadian police is the same: it is all in North-America.

Just a few off the top of my head:
Small group drinking in the street
Someone fighting with security after being kicked out a bar/stripclub
Someone has been kicked off a train/tube and they've kicked off about it (either for fighting, being drunk or not having a ticket)
Someone has trespassed onto the railway/tube line
Lost child (don't know how you'd return them, either they know their address or you have to go drive around in an area nearby with the child to see if you can find the parents)
Possible Hate Speech Call (Subtitles at the bottom and it is down to you to decided whether or not it is hate speech (racial/sexist etc.) or if it's actually freedom of speech and they are only expressing their opinion)
Young female has called to say she is driving home and she believes she is being tailed by another vehicle (could also do this with her walking home)
Possible Terrorist (You must stop and search him) (Preferably in a populated area, as if there's the chance he's about to commit an act)
Hopefully that could give you a few ideas. And if anyone does use any of these be sure to let me know, I'd love to try them out and maybe even be a tester if you'd allow me to! :)

I think the content creators have done a superb job so far in terms of whats been made, and keeping those things updated. Props to you guys!
However, i think the number one thing missing (for me atleast) are ordinary, day to day calls that are apart of routine police work. I know Finkone is working on something (it was in one of his videos) and mentioned these types of calls were needed. Below are an assortment of different types of calls.
An example of non emergency calls:
And of course, some emergency calls:
And then you have the stuff in between:
I work for a police dept and these are just the usual calls/codes from day to day. There are a lot more out there obviously. And i know that tons of work go into these mods and scirpts. This is just a list someone can use if needed. If anyone has a question or idea of how a call might go/workout just ask. Thanks again to those who do create this stuff.

Does anyone think that peds stealing your patrol car while you are on a traffic stop happens more now than before?  I had it happen a few times these past two days and I don't play all that long.  They just speed off and your car is blipped, but there isn't much you can do about it besides spawn another car and chase after them, or forget that it ever happened.

    My 2 cents:
I don't think AI is more aggressive as of 0.3, even though it heavily makes it look as it is. My theory is that previously (in 0.2b), when you called backup they were lost in the 5th dimension (or somewhere else) most of the time. But if you look more closely, they rammed the perp as well. It's just that now we get to see them more often.
However tho, I'm also a bit pissed by all that agressivity. The rest is so well managed (arriving on scene, arresting the suspect, etc) compared to chases. I understand it's hard to improve tho, so for the time being I'll be happy with what we already have :)
Plus, I'm very pleased that you are experimenting on this as well, Albo :)
Last word: if someone is to blame about this, it's R*, no one else.

I don't think the AI has become worse. On the contrary, I think there have been pretty big improvements, especially with foot chases, getting suspects out of cars and them staying around.
The driving AI of officers is always going to be hard to make perfect, as the original GTA V driving AI is very mediocre at best. When you add high speeds, overtaking and pursuit management to the equation, it's no wonder that AI cops act the way they do sometimes.
I have recently been looking into trying to improve the cop AI myself - this appears to be extremely tough to do from what I've seen. I have managed to make them slightly less aggressive and to respect the player more as a primary officer. Once I make some more progress, I might include some kind of Pursuit Tactic Management in Traffic Policer.
I'd like to second this wholeheartedly.
