    Yes, a very old version. I recommend updating to 2.0 which is being released as I am writing this. (REPLACE THE WHOLE .INI THEN SET YOUR KEYBIND @Stealth22)

    Now my game is crashing on the startup. I have tried removing some plugins and my update folder from my mods folder but none of that seems to work. I even switched to my raw multiplayer folder thats a backup and that still didn't work. So it's either with steam, my settings, or social club? It just opens social club then states "Grand Theft Auto V has stopped working" then asks me to debug or close the program.     When loading rho click the tool bolt at the bottom left, click on plugins when the settings popup, and either choose which plugins to load or click load all plugins then save and launch.

    If EUP is crashing and you're game is crashing when you go on duty BE SURE TO DOWNGRADE TO WILDERNESS CALLOUTS v0.5.0. I had this issue and all because I forgot how to read posts ;)

    What's your item find decay at? Right below item find chance. You will find something every time because of you having the item find chance at 1/1 so if you have the item decay at 1 then you'll find a multitude of items at once. I recommend setting the item decay to 10.

    PoliceRadio works with 0.34 now as long as you update it. I don't know about PoliceToolbox as I have never used it though.

    You installed it incorrectly most likely. Leave it as a .zip folder, open OIV, click Tools, click Package Installer, and select the zip folder then click Install. Did you install it correctly? How did you install it?

    I have v7.0 of EUP and there is no OIV package installer file or anything included, so I'm wondering what I do with Assembly.xml?? EDIT: Nevermind I figured it out, thanks! All I had to do was leave the file zipped.
