PNWParksFan got a reaction from Tetrimen for a file, Better EMSBetter EMS brings a whole new level of medical response to LSPDFR. And given how often you crazy officers run people over, shoot them down, beat them up, and otherwise put their lives in danger... it's about time the medics in Los Santos picked up their game.
Packed with features to give your casualties their best chance of survival, Better EMS has several key benefits:
Integration with popular mods including Arrest Manager, Patrol Toolkit, LSPDFR+, Police Smart Radio, PeterU Callouts, and more! Realistic response units: A fire truck will dispatch from the nearest fire station, and an ambulance will dispatch from the nearest hospital. Customize your backup units and spawn points. Life guards respond near the beach, park rangers respond in the mountains. Use any vehicle as a response unit. Dynamic dispatch audio based on the injuries detected. Revival probability is dynamically adjusted based on injury type, body part hurt, and how long it took for EMS to arrive. Custom revival probabilities - edit the survival chances for any combination of injury and body part! Revived patients are taken to the ambulance and driven to the hospital, not just left to wander off! If more people get hurt while EMS is on scene, they will quickly tend to the new casualties. Detailed incident report tells you the name and status of each patient. Developer API allows plugin creators to call for EMS, or for an ambulance to transport a single ped.
Full instructions are included in the README file; please read it carefully!
This mod requires LSPDFR 0.4.6 or later. There are no other external dependencies besides LSPDFR and the files included with the download.
If you have crashes, bug reports, etc, please post in the forum thread and upload a copy of your RagePluginHook.log, your EMSUnits.xml file, and your INI file. No support can be provided for problems reported in reviews, or not providing the required files listed above.

PNWParksFan reacted to sloosecannon for a file, Dispatch Checkup ScriptHello LSPDFR community!
Today I'm presenting a small little plugin I created to make your policing career just a little more realistic.
This plugin replicates the "Checkups" performed by dispatchers when officers are in dangerous situations.
Whenever you start a callout or a traffic stop, dispatch will start periodically checking your status. If you feel safe, you can tell dispatch to cancel checkups, and they'll stop bugging you till your next callout.
You can also ask dispatch to send you backup, or, if you're in major trouble, you can scream "Send help!". This will send in the cavalry, with an impressive response of officers closing in, complete with custom "responding" audio.
If, for some reason, you've become incapacitated, or cannot respond (or maybe you just turned your volume down...), Dispatch will try several times to contact you. When unsuccessful, they'll call in a slightly smaller set of cavalry than the "send help" request.
All of these times and responses are configurable, as is your callsign and name.
Planned integration with CustomBackup and the upcoming Police SmartRadio modification as well!
Built against RPH 0.50

PNWParksFan got a reaction from WildManDan for a file, Clean ALL The Things! Blip cleanup, delete or dismiss vehicles and peds, vehicle repairLSPDFR crashes in the middle of a pursuit. We've all been there. Maybe it's while developing a new callout, maybe it's a slightly unstable plugin you like to use, maybe LSPDFR just crashes on your computer sometimes. Now your map is littered with flashing red and blue blips and the suspect is still showing up red even though you arrested them. You reload LSPDFR, but the messy map remains. Abandoned police cars block the road. Do you waste a bunch of time restarting GTA, or do you just move some cars to the side of the road and deal with it?
Well, now there's a better solution! The CleanAllTheThings Plugin has several different modes to help you clean up the game world - whether there was a crash, some cops just randomly abandoned their vehicles, or just because you feel like it.
CleanUpLSPDFRCrash removeEmptyPoliceVehicles
Combines most commonly used commands when cleaning up from an LSPDFR crash during a pursuit. Calls the following commands, described below:
RemoveAllBlips DismissPeds DismissVehicles (policeOnly=true, occupiedOnly=false) DeletePeds (deadOnly=true) DeleteVehicles (policeOnly=true, unoccupiedOnly=true) IF removeEmptyPoliceVehicles is true FixAllVehicles policeOnly, occupiedOnly
Repairs and cleans all vehicles in the game. If policeOnly is true, only fixes police vehicles. If occupiedOnly is true, only fixes occupied vehicles.
This command is useful if you're in a pursuit and a police vehicle is unrealistically damaged due to smashing into things thanks to the hyper-active pursuit AI.
RemoveAllBlips
Removes all blips from the map, including red/blue flashing blips for pursuits. Note that this command does NOT delete the underlying object, it just removes the blip from your map! That means if you call this command while a pursuit is active, the pursuit will continue - you just won't be able to see where the suspect is. You would have to use a Dismiss or Delete command to actually remove the underlying objects.
RemoveBlipsFromVehicles policeOnly, occupiedOnly
Turns off the blips for all vehicles loaded in game. Specify true or false for policeOnly and occupiedOnly to only remove blips from police vehicles, and/or only remove blips from occupied vehicles.
DismissVehicles policeOnly, occupiedOnly
Dismisses vehicles, clearing any tasks assigned to them and allowing the game to unload the vehicle if you leave the area they are in. Specify true or false for policeOnly and occupiedOnly to only dismiss police vehicles or occupied vehicles.
DeleteVehicles policeOnly, occupiedOnly, unoccupiedOnly
Deletes vehicles, and any peds inside those vehicles, anywhere in the game world. Specify true or false for policeOnly, occupiedOnly, and/or unoccupiedOnly.
policeOnly = only deletes police vehicles occupiedOnly = only deletes vehicles with peds in them unoccupiedOnly = only deletes vehicles without peds in them If you specify both occupiedOnly and unoccupiedOnly to be both true or both false, then it will delete all vehicles.
DeletePeds deadOnly
Deletes all peds in the game. Specify true or false for deadOnly to only delete dead peds, or to delete all peds. Note that in some cases, a ped may appear to be dead, but
is actually alive and set to appear unconscious by a plugin. If deadOnly is set to true, these peds will not be removed.
DismissPeds
Dismisses all peds, terminating any tasks and allowing the game to despawn them if you leave their area. Any peds stuck in place due to a callout should start walking or driving away, including any arrested peds.

PNWParksFan reacted to PieRGud for a file, Callout ManagerCallout Manager gives you the ability to select LSPDFR-compatible callouts individually.
Please note that this plugin scans through each callout plugin installed and finds any and all callouts in that plugin. Some callout authors may have left callouts that aren't intended to be triggered in their code. Thus, you may encounter some weird callout names or callouts that don't trigger at all.
Also note that this mod uses a part of LSPDFR that isn't intended to be used. The LSPDFR developers can update their modification at any time and effectively patch the method used, rendering this plugin obsolete.
Installation
Place CalloutManager.dll and CalloutManager.ini in /Plugins/LSPDFR/.
Then while on duty, press F12 on your keyboard or RB and the Left DPad button on your controller.
These toggles can be changed in the CalloutManager.ini.
FAQ
Q: There is only one default LSPDFR callout. What's up with that?
A: LSPDFR defines every callout as a "Robbery" which is the only thing that will show up in the Callout Manager. When this callout is triggered in Callout Manager, it will randomly trigger one of the three default callouts LSPDFR has to offer.
Q: Does this work for ____ callout plugin?
A: Yes. This plugin will fetch the callouts from every callout plugin installed.

PNWParksFan got a reaction from Skydrohz for a file, Custom BackupNOTICE: Custom Backup will not be updated for LSPDFR 0.4. The main features, including region customization and weapon selection, have been added to the built-in LSPDFR backup customization files.
Custom backup gives you a new level of control in LSPDFR. The key feature of this mod is regionally customized backup, allowing you to set a different response for any area on the map. For any named area of the game (like "Rockford Hills", "Los Santos International Airport", "Sandy Shores", etc.) you can completely customize every level of response just like the built-in backup.xml. The syntax of the CustomBackup.xml file is very similar to the built-in backup.xml, but has numerous additions to increase your control over the game:
Set a chance for anything! Peds, vehicles, and vehiclesets now all take a chance attribute which controls how likely they are to be chosen. (The built-in backup.xml only lets you set a chance on peds.) Configure vehicle extras, liveries, and colors! You can now set any color you want for any response vehicle, opening up a whole new level of customization for unmarked units. Vehicle extra configuration also works reliably, whereas it seems to have some issues in the built-in backup.xml. Cop weapon selection! Set a list of weapons to give your backup units, set the probability for each weapon, and decide whether you want them to pick one at random or always get the most powerful one. Set spawn distance range for each vehicle entry! Every vehicle entry can have a minimum and maximum spawn distance set. This allows for additional realism by making certain units spawn closer or further away. NOOSE SWAT probably isn't just hanging out around the corner, so make them drive in from a mile away. On top of Mt. Chiliad your backup will probably be coming from a long distance, but in Downtown there's probably local patrol units very near by. Your imagination is the limit for leveraging these settings. Code 2 response with lights! Let's be honest, how often do cops really respond "code 2" with no lights? You can now configure your Code 2 units to respond with lights (but no siren), or to respond with their lights off but turn them on once they arrive and park on scene. YouTube video demo. Integration with Better EMS: Download and install Better EMS, and you can call for an advanced EMS response through the Custom Backup menu. Integration with Police Smart Radio: Call for backup from your radio! Call Code 2 or Code 3 local backup, or Pursuit and Air Support units.
Installation instructions are included in the download. Basic installation is pretty easy; just make sure to choose a CustomBackup.xml file to use and put it in place. Advanced usage of the CustomBackup.xml file is explained in great detail in the documentation PDF.
INSTRUCTIONS TO OVERRIDE DEFAULT LSPDFR BACKUP MENU:
To completely disable the built-in LSPDFR backup menu and use the custom menu instead, follow these instructions.
Edit CustomBackupLocations.ini. Set these settings: CustomBackupMenuKey=B CustomBackupModifier=None OverrideLSPDFRBackup=false Go to the GTA V settings menu Under Keybindings, go to GTA Online section Change "Look At" from B to something you don't use, like the numpad period Thank you to @vladimir850 for figuring this out!

PNWParksFan got a reaction from Mikofiticus for a file, GTA V Lighting Pattern Carcols Command Line Testing ToolThis is a little RPH command line tool I put together to utilize the new ELS-like features in RPH 0.47 that allow dynamic modifications of a vehicle's siren settings. Basically, you can modify the sequence, speed, direction, etc. of any siren on any vehicle, can apply any siren audio to any vehicle, etc. I've also added some commands to quickly enable you to enable only one siren at a time, or to cycle through all of the sirens with only one on at a time, to help you focus in on one part of your vehicle without distraction, or to see which sirens are where on a vehicle.
Requires RPH 0.47+ and knowledge of carcols editing. This is a very very quick and simple plugin, designed to help out with testing new carcols settings. It's not meant for general use as an ELS type plugin. I will not be providing any support for it. It's simply here for you to use if you might find it useful or interesting.
Due to a bug in RPH 0.47, it's not currently possible to clone and edit added sirensettings (e.g. siren settings above 13). You will need to use one of the default sirensettings slots to edit your patterns.
The commands should be fairly self-explanatory if you're familiar with carcols editing. Just type "help" into the RPH console to see all the commands (Press F4 to open the console).

PNWParksFan got a reaction from 1supermiguel for a file, 4k US Park Ranger and US Forest Ranger skins for Ford Explorer, F150, and Chevy SuburbanThis is a Park Ranger skin for the nice LAPD Ford Explorer model. It is modeled after US National Park Service explorers and tahoes.
In a lot of LSPDFR videos where people play as the ranger, they often say "well this is a bit silly, being in a pursuit as a ranger". US Park Rangers are actually sworn federal law enforcement officers, with jurisdiction over any crimes occurring in a national park, and any suspect who enters a national park, even if they later leave the park boundaries. They have full police powers to arrest people, conduct traffic enforcement, and perform criminal investigations. So, install this skin, and don't feel bad chasing down criminals anywhere they might go once they set foot in your park!
UPDATE 1: I have created a US Forest Service Law Enforcement Ranger skin for the F150 raptor, available here.
UPDATE 2: Forest Service and Park Service skins are now available for both the F150 Raptor and the Explorer/Interceptor Utility in one download!
UPDATE 3: Forest Service and Park Service skins now available for the Chevy Suburban model!
UPDATE 4: The brand-new 2016 US Park Ranger liveries are here! To keep things organized, the 2016 skins are in a separate download:

Possible Burglary (Silent Alarm Response)
The wealthy and paranoid residents of Los Santos and Blaine County often invest in silent burglar alarm systems from Gruppe Sechs or Bobcat Security. Instead of alerting the intruder and encouraging them to flee, these devices give you a better chance of catching the culprit. These systems, combined with their owners' uncomfortably close relationships with the LSPD and LSSD means you'll be first on scene when one of the silent alarms is triggered.
You are called out to a hand-picked residence or business across the state. Each property has multiple locations a suspect will appear at — at the front door, behind a gate, round the back checking out the back door, etc. — and there are different scenarios for how the suspect will behave. You don't get a suspect blip, so it's up to you to investigate the area to try and locate the suspect. Hopefully, you'll not spook them and can make a nice easy arrest, but how things go is up to your skill and luck!
Sneak around the back, try and get juuust close enough them to have them surrender, or try and identify the getaway vehicle, stake it out and try and catch them leaving the property suspiciously.
If you let the suspect drive away without them having noticed you, concerned neighbors might make a 911 call to report the last known location of the suspect's vehicle. It's then up to you to try and stop them before they get too far away.
Illegal Radio Broadcasting
Policing the airwaves is an important task. After all, who will ensure the government gets a healthy paycheck for licensing those radio waves that are all around us? That's where you step in. The police department have made significant investment in radio broadcasting detection equipment, and you'll be testing it out to track down and stop any unlicensed transmissions.
You will be called out to perform a traffic stop on a vehicle that is broadcasting some radio signals without the proper license. Hopefully, you'll be able to have a calm conversation (pressing Y to advance the on-screen subtitled conversation) and convince them to stop broadcasting, but sometimes they will not be so inclined.
This was my very first callout.
Racing in Parking Lot
Appears as “Vehicles Racing” in the LSPDFR notification window.
Some San Andreas residents can think of nothing better to do with their spare time than take their vehicles (or those that belong to others) and ‘race’ them… around their local parking lot. You will be dispatched to the location to address the threat to public safety these individuals pose.
Featuring more than 50 locations around the map where vehicles will rev up, perform burnouts and race between set points in a relatively small area Can spawn up to 4 vehicles, giving you plenty of police work to do before the situation is fully resolved! A vehicle may have a front seat passenger, who also may flee or fight If multiple suspects flee, a single LSPDFR pursuit is launched for all the suspects, allowing you to call backup to pursue the other suspects while you focus on one If a vehicle’s occupants choose to flee, both driver and front passenger will be marked for the pursuit If a vehicle becomes too damaged (the AI driving is still GTA V!), the occupants will flee on foot Vehicles are sometimes stolen, configure likelihood in the .ini file for this callout Vehicles are sometimes uninsured (this feature requires Traffic Policer by Albo1125 to be installed and running), configure likelihood in the .ini file for this callout Configure the “chaos modifier” (in the .ini file for this callout) to determine how likely things are to get violent, allowing you to tailor the callout to suit your playing style Assist Security Guard
You're not the only one out there on the front line dealing with a variety of situations. Private security guards are often some of the first to encounter trouble on 'their beat' — and occasionally they will need help from you.
Scenarios include: Intruder in restricted area — impaired individual Intruder in restricted area — misguided activist Bouncer — uncompliant individual Bouncer — shots fired Unwilling to pay entry Misguided plane enthusiast in Los Santos International Airport Misguided movie star enthusiast in Backlot City Inappropriate behaviour towards other hotel guests University — expelled student Suspected thief There are dozens of places around the map where the callout can spawn — each supporting some of the scenarios above, as appropriate for the location. You are able to ‘speak’ with the guard and the suspect (on-screen subtitles) to determine what actions you would like to take. There are multiple conversation variants and possible outcomes for each scenario to keep things fresh. Some scenarios feature integration with @Albo1125’s Traffic Policer and its Breathalyzer and Drugalyzer functions. Some scenarios feature integration with @Darkmyre’s Search Warrant. Unauthorized Camping
Nosy neighbors and concerned citizens alike may call into the local Sherriff’s Department or Park Ranger station to report unauthorized campsites, or individuals behaving suspiciously in and around them. In these cases, you will be dispatched into the wilderness to determine what is going on, and see if anyone needs to be moved on. But not everyone’s reason for spending some time “off the grid” is the same, and mountain lions aren’t the only danger you might encounter.
Bicycle On Freeway
Whether the ‘eco’ you care about is ecology or economy, riding a bicycle has many advantages. Not every road is suitable for this kind of transport, though, and the car-loving residents of San Andreas will quickly lose patience if a bicycle gets in the way on a fast road! Respond to a call about a bicycle on a freeway, or other fast road — get traffic flowing normally again and keep the public safe!
Suspect Possibly Attempting to Board Flight
Los Santos International Airport is a bustling hive of activity and one of the primary ways for people and goods to come in and out of the state. Sometimes an individual of interest to police will be in the area. There might not be a warrant out for their arrest, but their presence at the airport offers an opportunity for further investigation. If there is a justification from preventing them traveling, you might be able to get another dangerous criminal off the streets of Los Santos.
Suspicious Activity near ATM
You’re called to an ATM after reports of “suspicious activity” nearby. The residents of San Andreas are vulnerable to all sorts of threats as they obtain their cash — your job may involve dealing with high-tech criminals, or those who are a bit more of a blunt instrument.
Several scenarios, so the “suspicious activity” has enough variety. You can speak with on-scene witnesses and victims and ask various different questions to try and determine what has happened and gather any evidence to track down the criminal. You are sometimes given descriptions of the suspect and their vehicle. The detail available will depend on how reliable your witness is! The Department’s ALPR system can be used to track down the general location of a suspect vehicle from the description you’ve gathered from the scene. You can ask suspects various questions to determine their guilt. In some cases, you will have multiple ways of approaching a line of enquiry, and the decision you make will impact how the suspect chooses to behave. Sometimes, if you ask the right questions, the suspect will manage to incriminate themselves!
Landlord/Tenant Dispute
With sky high rents, onerous rental agreement terms and defiant tenants, it’s no wonder that tempers fray in the Los Santos rental market. You are called to the scene of a dispute between a landlord and a tenant and must utilise your diplomatic skills and knowledge of the relevant legal complexities to keep the peace and uphold the law.
Insecure Vehicle Load
Everyone knows that the roads of San Andreas are dangerous places to be — and that was true before some residents decided to drive around with a little too much cargo for their vehicle! You will be called to a report of a vehicle carrying a load in an unsafe manner. You receive some detail about the target vehicle, but then must track it down and perform a traffic stop. Take any action that is necessary to keep the roads safe(r) and issue traffic citations accordingly!

PNWParksFan reacted to BLacKHaLLoW for a file, Road Flare!ROAD FLARE!
This simple modification will improve the reflections and reduce or eliminate the smoke that emits from a road flare in GTA V.
This also increases the carrying capacity of flares in your inventory to a more appropriate amount.
I love using road flares in my patrols, but there have always been a few problems that kept me from including them in a video.
Emergency flares are very bright.
GTA flares are NOT.
Strontium nitrate burns a deep red, and illuminates everything in the vacinity.
GTA flares are about as bright as a BIC lighter's last breath.
Only specific flares emit huge plumes of smoke, mainly maritime flares.
This is so the light will reflect off the smoke for better visibility when out on the ocean.
GTA flares emit a comically large, colored plume - realistic for a smoke bomb, but not a road flare.
It makes my MVA scenes look like the Gates of Hell are opening up from below the streets of Los Santos.
This modification sets out to fix these issues, and also give a little flexibility so you can personalize it to your tastes.
I'm working on an update to this mod which will be released soon, allowing for a more realistic burn from the flares.
Also, it will increase the burn duration. I find myself replacing extinguished flares more often than I want to be.
THERE ARE THREE BRIGHTNESS LEVELS
WITHIN EACH LEVEL, THERE ARE TWO VARIATIONS OF RED
THERE ARE FOUR SMOKE LEVELS IF YOU WANT SMOKE
THERE IS A FILE WITH NO SMOKE IF YOU WANT IT REMOVED COMPLETELY
- RECOMMENDATIONS -
I recommend USING road flares. It adds another layer to certain situations like MVAs and street shootouts.
To quickly deploy a road flare, just aim with any weapon and hit G on the keyboard!
This keybinding is configurable in the game settings.
I recommend that you try installing ECED, as that what this mod was designed around.
(I see no reason that this wont work with other visual settings. I simply haven't tried it.)
I recommend BRIGHT settings when combined with Prophet's MemeEnhancer.
I recommend testing your chosen brightness level with multiple flares in a populated or heavily forested area to ensure stability.
I recommend lowering your shadow quality if you have an FPS drop when 7+ flares are deployed.
I recommend you try both variations of red. The screenshots included are with the MORE RED option on BRIGHTEST settings.
Understand that each flare's reflections will vary slightly. The corona is at ground level once the flare lands.
This can result in a portion of the emissive light clipping slightly under the ground.
