Looking very nice!

I looked and hopefully I'm in the right place. I noticed some vehicle mods the tires will vanish a block away or less but appear when the vehicle is close. So far this is the Spanish taxi and the alternate taxi crown vic. Also a couple crown vics for police slots. Is there a way to fix those particular models in which the tires vanish or is that something the creator over time will look into? One is the crown vic for Los santos with the vector bar. I noticed some mods they say fixed the vanishing tire in newer version but some haven't updated. I know everyone has lives and I appreciate the hard work. Just seeing if it's something on my end I need to change or correct or if it can be fixed my end or if it's the particular model creator that will fix down the road.

Unfortunately no. I had tried that it worked for a few offline games then went back to needing to verify. Im still running fine and continuing the method I've done however if you play gta online I'm not sure what this method will do to gta launcher. It wants to update but I don't let it. Just enough time for it to sign into social club then I yank the wifi stick.

Are you a steam version user? I've heard some are having issues with lspdfr.

Do you have all the other additional files needed? Microsoft net framework and other dll files noted in the read mes?

Well it's kind of inevitable. I dont know what version you have steam or retail dvd. I have the retail dvd. I don't do online play at all. So when offline mode needs to re validate I only allow it to do a initial download since it is auto I believe it does a 25 mb or so download installs that then wants you to sign into social club to validate and get the larger update that's crazy in size. Right after this I let it sign in and it'll try to jump to the update download. I pull my wifi stick and close it out. Then I launch rage hook and lcpdfr in offline mode again. It's worked for me and I have avoided the updates. Like I said I dont use or do online play so I don't know if gta itself will launch. I could care less I just use rage and lspdfr. It'll work for me until it needs to check again for validation for offline mode. Then I do same thing over. However it's borrowed time and eventually it'll catch probably and I'll have to update. Rage has been updated and others are as well or are in process. updates aren't too bad after the first bump in things. But if your on dvd retail and it wants to validate again and you've tried the endless scoffline things to others without success try the how to avoid gta v updates method by making a backup of your update rpf and launchers for gta v. I don't have that link on me handy but I'll let you know if I find it. You could try my method as its worked for me without issue. I don't do online mp so I couldn't tell you if gta v launcher is jacked lol but Rage hook and lcdpfr run and I'm on 0.2b and rhp 28 and don't plan to update until sometime later after xmas. I always make complete backups and read me's with everything since I have the space. I usually let it update after a period of time. But that backup method along with what I do has worked for me.

Unpatched? I think patches are updated anytime there is a major update or update that alters the experience and running of lcpdfr. Unpatching isnt logical as the patch is created to accomidate the latest changes for gta v and whatever else was updated. Have you updated to the new Rage hook after gta v updated? I avoid the gta v updates by having numerous backups of the entire game dated and noted on what launcher version and patches gta is along with lcpdfr updates and rage hook backups. My launcher updated but I didn't allow it to update the game system pulling the wifi stick prior to it downloading the larger update i just allow it enought time onine to sign into social club and re validate for offline mode . I don't do online play so I could care less if gta itself don't run. I just use rage hook and lcpdfr. Rage hook has updated and some plugins are or will be updated. I think I seen lcpdfr saying a minor update was added but it may be old I'm not sure but I figured it was recent since gta v updated and rage also has been updated. I'd re download lcdpfr and get the latest rage hook. I haven't had issues so I'm staying behind until later on. Most with retail dvd haven't had many issues except couple plugin mods not running but those will be updated within a week or weekend. But make sure you have the latest rage hook and required files. It's easy to miss something.

Funny thing is mine I guess updated which I thought it didnt. Everything runs fine even arrest manager. Only thing I noticed is minor issue with key bindings crossing but barely noticed and livable. I use the retail dvd version. I guess I'll keep at it until it acts goofy if it even does or the plugins update to better or features cars and such then I'll bump rage up but I haven't noticed anything major and everything's working.

I put them in but I cannot get the lights to work. The emeregency lights and if they do its like the orIginla policeold etc. I'm thinking I have to make a stop at the vehicles meta and carvariations meta correct? I did some changes with the vehicles.meta but cannot get the lights to work. I'm on right track though just can't figure it out. Disregard found the older topic regarding this and just adding a vehicle instead of replacing the old ones since it isn't possible for the lights I read. I did however change the vehicle, sounds, minimal lighting and emergency sounds to lapd style.

I believe I found the policeold file locations to add a new vehicle but want to double check. Can someone kindly who knows the correct ytd path location to modify or update those to vehicles to a mod? Also can I modify the vehicles.meta for those 2 to police 3 handling? What about the sound of the vehicle I am unsure about the correct path. Thank you just needing a little guidance I tried it before almost got it but crashed lcpdfr.
