Does anyone have predefined outfit and xmls for ai and loadout? Or is there a list somewhere listing the load out to say character and ai have holsters? Since by default and even with eup it don't have them looking for a place that has them. I tried the one by Sam and another but it whacked the load outs to odd defaults.

Hey all. Its been long time but finally back. But after all this time I noticed default the police npc and your character dont carry a gun in holster now. Why? I threw in eup and same. I'm guessing the configuration file if i recall to add those? Why isn't this a default? I mean did Joe's atf and admin effect. Games now in their give up freedoms for security anti gun retric? What genius decided this for the base game and these add ons?

We will see, would be shame to do all this work and week from now splat gta updates lol so far offline and it works on latest version. old version them days look long gone unfortunately for now anyway.

Yeah all in all it was time I guess to get things modernized. I was still a few versions behind before els was barely talks. So has its benefits to push forward. Definitely will be learning experience again and noticed the few structure changes in the game files. Luckily if I read correctly the new launcher fixed that old issue and allows one to play offline using the one gta.exe without the hassle unless I'm wrong. If this is true definitely worth getting it all up to par. Have a few basics in but noticed couple buggy things from the outdated albo mods one being the character decided to keep gun pointing in car lol.

Thank you definitely big help. Much appreciated. Man the days of albo were golden. If I knew how I'd be glad to redo the plug-ins but that area isn't my knowledge to write things. I keep the old version saved in event one day I can play that sucker again. I'm more a stay to one version and maybe down road update later. Totally like most happy with offline mods. Never touched online play before.

hey there all. I was heavy into the game before but due to life's events had to hang it up. Coming back I notice the changes and how the old work around dont work for older versions of the game which is a shane as I use to stick to I believe rph48 ish or so if I recall. I have the saved games but can't load them bleh. So updated and talk about change. Is there any list or what is actually current to make it as close as possible to prior versions before the 2020 launcher and such and mods back when albo was around? I tried the mods but most seem broke and I can't stop cars or much. So much has changed. Gonna read the materials I can but id like to really get back to where I was 2016 2017 game mod era. Unless someone knows a legit workaround to get a older versions to run. I preferred the version I was at where thing worked. Will be busy for while studying on what mods are current and work like the old days . Any direction will be great on old version to run. If pm is must let me know I'm all ears. Heck even a PayPal donation for getting my old deal going again. Definitely gonna look at getting the newer one setup though.

Been experimenting for while since posting. I been able to get versions 28 to 41ish running on gta v with older versions of lspdfr, and respective rage and other file versions for that time frame. I found you have to have kept your very old launcher from say version of gta v around rph 28. It'll allow you to log in and save and load the game. Eventually it'll require a update which moves it up, sometimes to the latest launcher or a older launcher that allows you to log into social club and doesn't update. I haven't figured it out why sometimes it does that. But without doubt the new launcher may cause you to be forced to update. One way I was ablessed to get around that was only clicking gtav.exe and letting it load and verify without the launcher keeping the game old. Ymmv with various ways as I ran into several issues testing it out and jacking with the various versions of the launcher.

I haven't been in the whole mod and gta world for while but got to thinking. After the new launcher it seems like a hassle. If one has full backups of older rph, mods, game they own is it possible to load it with say the no launcher asi? If not is there a way one can run older rph, lspdfr, script etc with their backups without the launcher wanting to always connect forcing you to update? I have no interest in online at all. Just offline. I believe I am posting in proper forum but forgive if I am not. This is not asking for support or anything other then thoughts or methods that work to get ones full owned offline modes game to work with older versions without needing to login to social club like the new launcher has. I prefer the older versions anyway.

Typically I stay offline all together unless it is to validate the copy of gta. What I do is I'll validate with gta v only then yank the connection once it validates. Then hit cancel when it's not connected online when it attempts to do a update. Granted the launcher initially will update no way around but your bigger issue is if it updates after validating. Then it'll shut down after cancelling since it don't detect a connection, then start rage hook not connected to net. I've prevented openiv from even trying to update so I'll keep the 1032 version until things work itself out. I still run older versions on couple other computers without issue. All retail copies as I avoided steam due to mostly avoiding the loop 3rd wheel issues playing offline. They could still make 2 copies of the game one for online other for offline and using different format for online content versions and allowing complete offline version still validating. Yet they choose not to. They see $$ with online gaming pushing all to eventually go for online hoping they get hooked. But half butt it with the games. I haven't had chance to apply for five m or any other server yet thought about it more so since this but I'm honestly surprised they don't claim loss of revenue due to private servers utilizing their game over open iv. Honestly the whole situation blows and stinks. Like mentioned before someone will always fill a void. If they locked down completely they would just hang self since most of the attention comes from gamers modding playing role play which causes people to purchase the game to play offline or in role play servers. If they did go out of way and try to kill it all it would just hurt them in long run. It would also push many to come together to make a game and world of own, maybe like five m but user donated time and effort in building a world. The demand for it is higher now days over the gta v type circus online play.

So with this going on is everyone running the latest dlc they came out with or everyone hanging onto 1032 I believe it was, or one prior to the gun running latest dlc? I make back ups as a habit but seeing how it goes. Is it true they changed the file format in the latest update or was this proven false? Good thing I always archive full backups anytime I update. Should be advice habit everyone does to help self in end when failure strikes.

Check your slot the vehicle is in and the siren setting etc. If it was thrown into a different slot youll have to adjust things so it'll work. I'm thinking it is the siren and light setting in your meta.
