  3. Yup, it is, definitly. Available here btw: Looks like there're still people that can't read or understand "Don't upload anywhere without my permission"...
  4. You need 0.082 for the Police Computer to work. Just btw, it's also possible to remove all effect files etc. without any problems if you still want it simple.
  5. Sure it will. Even possible to use carcols with transparent skin.
  6. Hm, no. Don't like their design. Nope, unfortunately not. It's using this one: http://www.gta-moddi...oe/template.png Glad to hear that ^^
  7. Just finished the one with Liberty: More pictures: Skins will change, still have no idea which to use. Please give me suggestions.

  9. It's an img archive which is located in pc/models/cdimages. You need OpenIV or SparkIV to open it.
  10. I didn't map each lights to another place on this car, unfortunately impossible to change them seperatly. I planned to do this, thought about adding two more lights on bumper and small lights on both backdoors. Both Tahoes are actually finished, thing is, they need a handling lin as they roll around at the moment when driving. I already asked some people but got no line back so far. If anybody is willing to make one or knows someone who could do it, please contact me.
  11. It can handle them but the wtd will be way larger (thats why cars doesn't spawn) which is the reason why most people use DXT5 which maybe looks a bit worse but works.
  12. I had a lot unmarked Chargers, which one? :P The Tahoe is going to use this texture for the lights, should be quite easy to edit them the way you want to have it.
  13. A rambar on an unmarked car? Never ask me about something like this :P Unfortunately not possible, not completely done yet ^^
  14. Editing the model? Actually quite easy, you'd have to make sure the skin's material is called "vehicle_generic_smallspecmap paint3 [CLR:1]" (which is mostly used) and the second texture (which is the paintjob) has the _sign_1 ending.
  15. If the default skin's name ends with _sign_1 it is possible to add _sign_2, _sign_3 etc. If not you have to edit the model.
  16. I changed some parts of the Tahoe, I reworked the grill (grillights are possible), remapped the windows so those in back can be tinted and scaled the whole model a bit down, it has now the same size as the Cavalcade. The unmarked version is actually done but unfortunately I have no pictures at the moment. No plan yet, let's see, I made one for personal use with Vector, adding a rambar won't be hard. It's based on nothing anyway. Lot more detailed means lot more polygons which means higher chance to get RC20. I don't even have Bugz' rims. And I see no difference between the picture you posted and the rims I'm using. http://www.gta-moddi.../temp/tahoe.png Hm, well, grillights definitly but I don't like that kind of lights. I thought about an interior traffic advisor like this car has. Just by the way, I'm on vacation for the whole next week, so I'm not able to make any mods. Edit: Pictures of unmarked Tahoe: More pictures:
  17. Almost. If the model is too high poly the game gives RC20 but when the texture file is really big (around 4MB or more) the game often just doesn't spawns the car and the game textures disappear. A lot of bugs' SUVs have a lot textures.
  18. The LAPD Tahoe was related to Sgt.Kanyos post, I said I'm also working on a version with Liberty. That picture doesn't show up. I'm using Lt.Caine's rims, they look like the real ones, just a bit bigger but downsizing them will be no problem. Also, I'll still make all Tahoes I planned, I don't care about what bugs does, one reason is most of his cars has hell lots of lights as well as some other reasons.
  19. Think it's this: http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/car-dirt-texture-mod-f10699
  20. Also working on a Slicktop CVPI and Tahoe with Liberty, got no idea what to have it based on. And probably an unmarked Tahoe with lightsetup like the Criminal Minds' Suburbans (or maybe does are Tahoes, not sure).
  21. They didn't make it, they were just the publisher. It's made by Team Bondi. And it's a quite nice game if you like to be a detective and don't want a shooter. I don't think really think GTA V will be released that early, I guess sometimes about fall. And as it's pretty much the same engine as IV I guess there's no big difference in modding.
  22. Also noticed that, it should work now. I forgot those misc lights when updating the lightbar and I only moved the wheel's COL and not the dummy.
  23. Nobody gets that lightbar :PShould be all fixed.
