  1. Never :P Our cars only have a lightbar and maybe some grillights, guess you mean them, they're often external. But never on any unmarked car, they only have a beacon and maybe grillights behind the grill or a dashlight. Unfortunately I found no way how to make nice mirrorlights that don't say everybody "This is a police car", I think I gonna release that one now without any other lights. And I'm not sure about such a concept version as I had to model those lights then and I have quite a lot things to do at the moment.
  2. Yup, it's exactly that one. Thank you, very appreciate hearing that from you ^^ Already working on those strobes, should be done soon. I'm not sure about mirror/bumper lights, I know they're used quite often in the USA but I think I'm characterized by the german unmarked cars which you can't recognize as long as their lights are off :P I'll try if I can make some stealth looking mirror lights.
  3. The police computer problem Jay mentioned only appears with ENB version 0.081, 0.082 works perfectly as long as Downsampling is disabled.
  4. Are you sure you applied these changes to the right car?
  5. The Helicopter Break posted some pictures of is one of the things I'm working on at the moment. There's only one small bug with the template that needs to be fixed and after that it should be getting released. I'm also working on a new unmarked CVPI which looks so far like this: I need some suggestion for what to change/add. So far I thought about adding wig-wags, some flashing taillights and maybe a spotlight. And I'm working on a Caprice with Whelen EDGE lightbar but not SFPD which was planned before, it's going to be based of the 92 Chicago Caprices. Progress so far: More pictures:
  6. I got a Zotac GTX570 AMP! 1256MB GDDR5. That thing is beast.
  7. Nah, you can't compare making textures with making models :P It's often so damn annoying, exspecially with the RC20, some people know what I mean... I actually like modding. First what I did when I got my first GTA two years ago, Vice City, was installing some new cars and peds. Now I'm making my own mods and I really enjoy people like and use them. But as Kevin said, it's damn boring. I often noticed I just added another lightbar on a car and some days later I want something different. I hate that, exspecially because I always need all of my cars and peds fit each other, I guess I'm making (at this time I almost only use my own cars) new mods more often than playing.

  10. I installed it once and made a copy of it which I use for mods (which I restored about 8 times anyway). I'd hate redownloading it again from Steam with my slow internet connection...
  11. Sorry, my mistake, it needs to be componentpeds.img for sure. I'll update the readme.

  14. A friend of mine has that card, it's almost as good as my GTX 570 and wasn't that expensive. My PC: CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 820 4x2.8GHz GPU: Zotac GTX 570 AMP! 1250MB GDDR5 RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600MHz PSU: Corsair TX750 V2 Mainboard: Crappy Acer thing
  15. I also made a CHP Charger some time ago, it isn't exactly the same but also has proper light pattern and setup. It's available here.

  18. Why do my cars so often have that problem :( Well, it worked for me perfectly, you really should try replacing it with the FIB Buffalo, that has nothing to do with the handling or vehicle.ide, that's some kind of fail with the Game, ZMod.
  19. That model requires ELS (Emergency light system) which can be found on gtapolicemods.com.
