  1. Has been removed, has some bugs I don't know how to fix. I thought about making a non-ELS unmarked Charger, what do you think about that?
  2. There's no best or worst ENB, they're all different. Some require a good hardware, some doesn't, some have lens flare, some are sunny etc. I really like iCEnhancer (with some modifications, needs a good PC though) and Rextex128/StolenFX (www.youtube.com/watch?v=vPWqpr9VXDY) settings which have really nice ELS lights and work quite well with worse PCs.
  3. If you're having problems with the CVPI model I wouldn't advice to use the unmarked Charger when it's going to be released as the Slimmiser interior lights are damn high poly. It is definitly still less than the CVPI. The LAPD or the SFPD one? Let's see, LAPD still needs Spotlights and I didn't start the SFPD version yet.
  4. The Habanero Taxi version has been released It's using Lt.Caine's unlocked model, so not as much as the CVPI but still quite high.

  5. To everybody who think or thought about using the Pinnacle, there are some for me inexplicable bugs, I'm removing the files now, I'll try to find a fix. I have no idea why they don't stay in, if they get in once I can't imagine there is a mistake with the model. I'll look into this. The odd behavior of the template is quite easy to explain if you understand how a template is made, the edge of the hood is attached to the bodyshell (by default) and the roof overlaps that edge. It is possible to fix that, I'll do that for the next update. I planned to make one with Strobe EDGE (KevinDV made a nice one) in SFPD style with pushbar.
  6. I think some of you noticed it already, I got my own category in the download filebase (http://www.lcpdfr.co...-modifications/), some of my mods will be available there exclusively. The LCPD ESU Enforcer and the LCPD Pinnacle are both already available unlocked there. Some people asked me to do a non-ELS version of the Enforcer, I'll do that but first I gonna finish a taxi version of the Habanero that Break forced me to do :P

  8. Yep, I'm using the steam version, it works.
  9. Nope, not in the hirachy, in the actual model. Simply use modify > move and move them to a position were they aren't covered by the normal taillights.
  10. Try moving the flashing taillight parts to a position before the actual taillights, as they're transparent it wont be pretty bright when it's behind them.
  11. If you want to remove them in general, open peds.ide and change the second value (thats the file for hats, for example m_y_cop_p) to something that doesn't exist, for example just _p. Then the game wont load the hats anymore. There're no bugs by using this method, I'm using since a half year.

  13. Actually quite easy: Polizei: Police, Bitte: Please, Folgen: Follow :P My first CVPI, an unmarked street appearance unit, is also released. To everybody who downloaded it before this post should re-download it as I included the wrong skins and forgot a texture. This is fixed now.
  14. @Molten: The colors of the lights are set in the texture files, look for "emerglights.png" and/or "emerglights_emis.png". Modifying them might even work with Paint, I'm using Gimp for it. But 2 red lights and all other blue might doesn't work, as often more than one light is mapped to the light in the texture. Just try it, maybe it works.
  15. At the moment I'm using red/blue (LAPD/CHP) but I think I gonna switch soon (actually exactly when the damn snow mod is installed lol) to BPD/MSP, so almost all blue then.
  16. Nope, it's not. The author simply used an lightsemissive material. The problem with adding foglights is, how do you want to add them? ELS is using Extra parts (all 9 btw) and that would be the only way to do so. Then you'll have the problem Harper has told you about. And it wouldn't be compatible with ELS or other mods using Extra parts.
  17. You could disable that the AI uses ELS (in els.ini: Ai_ELS_SP = 0) or disable ELS for the Noose Cruiser and use a non-els car for it.
  18. Do you use ELS? If yes, thats the problem. When AI uses the NOOSE Cruisers, the game crashes.
  19. The first post has been updated, two new Touaregs are released. As for the Tahoe, I'm currently having problems with an unmarked version of it as the model is quite high poly so it may doesn't work with Liberty.
  20. I guess I wont be able to make completely the same but I'll try to do similar textures. Edit: I found the picture in the gallery, I guess LilQ still has them, you should pm him.
  21. It's that model with changed paintjob and lightbar textures.
  22. I'll try, there're some problems with the Tahoe and high poly lights but I guess that will be no problem. @Harper: No problem ^^
