Rename your mods folder to _mods.

Go into the Rage Settings -> Game Settings -> Command Line Switches. Look for "Force Windowed mode." Check it. Then, reinstall DirectX & restart your Computer after. If you use some kind of visual mod, delete it. Also, remove your GPU driver (nVidia or Radeon) and do a clean reinstall. That usually works.

Delete dinput8.dll andf ScripthookV.dll and then go to http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/ and install this version.

Disable Ambient Events in your lspdfr.ini.

You can choose your spawn point in the "m" menu, once you are on duty. There used to be a Plugin, but you'd have to test yourself if it still work. You can also use this in the meantime:

Start over. They crashed your game.

Check your FireWall. If you don't see anything suspicious, reset it to Default. Next time you start Grand Theft Auto V, just click Allow. Also, make sure it's not disabled in your lspdfr.ini.

Go into GTAV/LSPDFr and open the keys.ini file. In there change TRAFFICSTOP_INTERACT_Key=E to TRAFFICSTOP_INTERACT_Key=None

If RagePluginHook loads you into the game, try checking if you have -windowed in commandline.txt.

You are missing Albo.Common for his plugins. Install it into your GTA v folder.

Yes. Verify your game files. For the Retail version of GTA V: Open the Rockstar Games launcher -> Locate "Settings" in the top right corner -> Select under "My Installed Games" Grand Theft Auto 5 -> Select Verify Integrity. For the Steam version of GTA V: Right click Grand Theft Auto V in Steam -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity Of Game Cache.
