  1. Make sure you have the following links installed after you installed car packs and add-on cars: Gameconfig; choose 1x Traffic 1x Peds or 1.5x: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars Heap Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heap-limit-adjuster-600-mb-of-heap Packfile Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster
  2. Define "new"? 1. If it's supposed to be an empty one, like a template, the MODDING DLC created by Albo comes with one. 2. If a car comes with a vehicles.meta; DO NOT! replace the file in your folder. You will have to open the vehicles.meta that comes with the download; find the car you need; copy the section and edit it in / with your vehicles.meta 3. If you're looking for the vanilla vehicles.meta; it will be in your GTA V folder.
  3. StopThePed comes with a RWS. (RealisticWeaponSystem) You can disable it in the context menu ingame (G) or in the StopThePed.ini.
  4. 1. Delete startup.rphs in your GTA V folder. 2. Delete AmbientAICallouts in /Plugins/LSPDFR. 3. In GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini disable ambientgameblips. (Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true) 4. If you edited keys.ini; replace it with the vanilla one that comes with LSPD:FR.
  5. Did you update your mods folder via OpenIV? Open OpenIV -> Mods folder -> Update -> Update.rpf -> Click on "Edit Mode" -> A green banner should pop up. Click on it and your Update.rpf will automatically be updated & overwritten.
  6. Hey! 1. Remove UnitedCallouts from /Plugins/LSPDFR. 2. Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and change Main.PreloadAllModels in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini to false.
  7. Upload your log to this thread. Either drag it into the chat box or use this:
  8. I could be wrong here, but I think it's for the reflective light. You know how in the trailer the cars are all shiny and reflective? Think that's it. And since you installed custom cars over the vanilla ones, those reflective textures no longer hold up.
  9. First of all, you're welcome! Second of all, I can tell you why that is. Some car packs come with a gameconfig. Over time, surely, that gets outdated. So make sure to install the gamconfig after a dlcpack.
  10. Make sure you have the following links installed after you installed car packs and add-on cars: Gameconfig; choose 1x Traffic 1x Peds or 1.5x: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars Heap Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heap-limit-adjuster-600-mb-of-heap Packfile Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster I know you said you have them installed, but the gameconfig is important to be installed after the DLCPack. Did you change / edit the vehicles.meta for fbi2 at some point?
  11. You can always go and check out this Google Docs Document: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/1/d/1xxNTZjU1f9mXp15vjX_qoFqWGPl8G6XaoGugeRhDa5I/edit?usp=sharing
  12. Ah, asiloader problem then! 1. Delete OpenIV.asi and asiloader in your Grand Theft Auto V folder. 2. Restart your PC. (Not a shutdown, a restart) 3. Once back up, reinstall OpenIV.asi and asiloader from OpenIV. (OpenIV -> Tools -> Asi Manager)
  13. Do you have Scroll-Lock enabled by any chance? Also; would you mind sharing a screenshot of /ELS/Pack_default?
  14. DLS is a lot harder to get around to than ELS. Especially when it comes to vehicles. Can you send asiloader.log?
  15. You have a lot of outdated / broken plugins installed. Remove in /Plugins/LSPDFR: - AmbientAICallouts; - AttemptedCrimeCallouts; - BasicCallouts; - CalloutsT; - CodeRedCallouts; - DoorControl; - FayaCallouts; - FBI Callouts; - LSPDFRComesAlive; - PeterUCallouts; - ProtectionSquad; - RegularCallouts; - RichsPoliceEnhancements;

That .log is 3 days old. But according to that log, your mods folder is the issue. Rename it to _mods.
  17. Do you have NVR / NVE? If so, go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and look for the _emissive folder. Either remove it from /dlcpacks or remove the police4 file from it.
  18. Go to the vehicles.meta in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data -> Right click the vehicles.meta -> Edit. Go to the "sheriff2" slot. At the top, you'll find handlingID. Set it to baller2.
  19. 1. Remove PeterUCallouts, ALPRPlus; Interaction+; PoliceLifeS; RichsPoliceEnhancements; WoutersCalloutsV in /Plugins/LSPDFR. 2. Disable game blips by going to GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini and change this Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = false to Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true . 3. Make sure you have these three installed: Gameconfig; choose 1x Traffic 1x Peds or 1.5x: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars Heap Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heap-limit-adjuster-600-mb-of-heap Packfile Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster
  20. For more memory; simple install those 3 files. Gameconfig; choose 1x Traffic 1x Peds or 1.5x: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars Heap Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heap-limit-adjuster-600-mb-of-heap Packfile Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster To downscale textures of a car, first check the size of the .ytd / hi.ytd. If it's below 12MB, it's fine. If it's above 12-16MB, it's too high. Extract the textures via OpenIV from the .ytd. Use GIMP, PAINT or PhotoShop to downscale the textures.
  21. First off, make sure Main.PreloadAllModels in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini is disabled. Secondly, I see you're using a visual mod. While your framerate looks alright, I still recommend to give GTA V more memory allowance. And thirdly, if you installed high-poly police vehicles, downscale their texturs.
  22. You can't install / use add-ons without installing those: Gameconfig; choose 1x Traffic 1x Peds or 1.5x: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars Heap Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heap-limit-adjuster-600-mb-of-heap Packfile Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster Make sure your gameconfig is Stock or 1.5x at max.
