    Preload was disabled. If I rename folder mods to _mods my mods stop working

    When I go on duty, I start getting really bad lagging textures. Every times when I move a camera my textures are shimmering. Can anyone help me? My video of this problem: https://youtu.be/G3zC4wHOWo0 My PC: i5-9600KF 4.3GHz 16gb ram NVIDIA GTX1060 (6GB) OS and GTA V on a SSD
