Replace cars go to Patchday25ng. Also; make sure those Patchdays are in your dlclist.xml.

There is more than one. Add-on vehicles usually come with their own. And if not, please use the MODDING DLC by Albo.

You can rename the other folder back; but not _mods. What did you last install into it?

Rename mods to _mods and remove ScripthookVdotnet.

Can you link the car pack, please?

Not necessarily. It's mostly that other things interrupt the workflow; incompatibilities and such. I recommend renaming mods to _mods for the meantime and removing Menyoo.

Can you show me your GTA V folder please?

if it was an .oiv file; it probably installed itself into /dlcpacks. Can you screenshot: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks?

Disable GameBlips in the LSPDFR.ini located in GTAV/LSPDFR. Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true And then change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file; found in your Grand Theft Auto V folder. Then change Main.PreloadAllModels found in GTAV\LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini to false.

Show me your GTA V folder, please.

Rename the LSPDFR folder in /Plugins to _LSPDFR. Then retry.

Okay, so ELS loads fine. Well, you do not have any ELS .xml's installed for your cars. The "POLICE" one you see comes with ELS and is written for the example car you can download. What kind of ELS cars did you download? Check their download folder & put the .xml files (Also called VCF's) into ELS/Pack_Default.

You got some outdated LSPD:FR Plugins installed I recommend getting rid of: Arrest Manager; AssortedCallouts; CodeRedCallouts; PolicePartner; ProtectionSquad; TrafficPolicer

Please send your RagePluginHook.log found in your GTA V folder.

Do you have a mods folder? If so; please rename it to _mods.

Did you install it into your /mods folder or game files?

1. Please send your asiloader.log (Found in your GTA V folder) 2. Please show me a screenshot of your GTAV/ELS/Pack_default folder. 3. Don't assign the same keys in the ELS.ini to two different functions. 4. Which slot do you have problems with? Also; I recommend using CTRL+U, that doesn't conflict with many keybinds.

Do you have a scripts or ELS folder? If so, please send your ELS.log. (Found in your GTA V folder) If you do not have ELS; rename scripts to _scripts.

Did you do it in your mods folder? If so; which vehicles.meta did you edit? The one in the update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5? Can you send a screenshot of the HANDLINGID you chose?(Of the entire <Item> section.

Looks like you didn't rename the LSPDFR folder in /Plugins to _LSPDFR. Try that.
