  1. 4K is 100% not essential and not even properly displayable. I recommend keeping your vehicles .ytd below 12MB.
  2. Tho you sent the wrong log, I can see you have "nodx" checked in your commandline.txt Go to commandline.txt in your GTA V folder and remove everything in it.
  3. Can you please send your RagePluginHook.log? Found in your GTA V folder.
  4. Send a new RagePluginHook.log, please.

Can you show us your GTA V folder?
  6. Does the car have a -hi.ytd?

Make sure you install x64 and x86. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999 You might have to remove your Visual C++ 2010 before hand.
  8. Just install a 100% savegame. https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-v-100-savegame
  9. Can you screenshot the section? Maybe another plugin has one, too?
  10. Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file; found in your Grand Theft Auto V folder. Then change Main.PreloadAllModels found in GTAV\LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini to false.
  11. Simply read their readme. Most of them tell you what to put where. If not, there are enough tutorials out there, but you need to read.
  12. Send your RagePluginHook.log. (Found in your GTA V main folder.)
  13. Yes, I meant the pack. Does it support the latest EUP version?
  14. Did you check the Modifier for the PB? If not, just change it to something else. Sometimes they are disabled and just say "None".
  15. It could be related to the sirens. Dees the same happen if you disable your mods folder. (Vanilla sirens)
  16. You can, actually. There used to be a script for this (Cops On The Beat) and there is now a new script: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/cops-back-on-the-beat It comes with an edited popgroups and popcycle file you can edit. You can also edit in OpenIV itself and just search for Police and exchange / change it.
  17. I do not see any pictures? First off; disable Preload in the LSPDFR.ini: Change Main.PreloadAllModels found in GTAV\LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini to false. Secondly; if you installed any vehicles make sure their .ytd's aren't above 12MB. You can see their sizes in OpenIV; where you installed them.
  18. You'll have to edit the handling.meta of said car. Usually it helps to improve the weight and the way it changes gear. If it's an SUV you have issues with; I recommend to take a look at `Baller2`'s handlingID. I marked some important ones; like the mass (Weight),it has 5 gears with a driveForce of 027 (which you can increase a little for more speed in general), And the traction in curves. Baller2 is a good example, you can see how it differs from police2: So simply adjust the values and test them out a little.
  19. Exactly. I recommend to use MVGA's visualsettings file and then edit what you need from there on out. (https://www.ausgamer.net/mods/file/30-make-visuals-great-again/)
  20. Make sure they support the right EUP version.
  21. Did you set it to load?
  22. Do you have an ELS or Scripts folder? If so; please send your ELS.log. (Found in your GTA V folder)
  23. They are literally replacements. So you have two options: 1. Remove your mods folder. 2. Verify your game files. I recommend both.
  24. Remove in /Plugins/LSPDFR: TrafficEvents RegularCallouts RichPoliceEnhancements CountyCalls
  25. Please always send a full .log; not a cut piece of it.
