Yes, you have the one yourself. Instead of the mods folder; locate to: GTAV/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5 Put the file on your desktop; then go back to: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5 And put the vanilla one back in. In case you didn't use a mods folder; verify your game files.

Glad it worked out. You can't edit callouts themselves; but you can change the backup / agency.xml in GTAV/LSPDFR/Data and simply take them out.

Add-on cars do not belong in a Patchday. They either come with their own DLCpacks, which you need to add to /dlcpacks or you need to install them into Albo's MODDING DLC.
