That depends; are they add-ons? If so, you have to manually add them to the agency.xml; duty_selection.xml and backup.xml in GTAV/lspdfr/Data.

Rename your mods folder to _mods.

You need Traffic Policer for that. The "ProLaser 4 Radar Gun 2.0.0" is just the model which replaces the gun. The script comes with Traffic Policer.

There's a high chance it's corrupt. Rename mods to _mods and verify your game files. See if it works then.

Did you install the gameconfig, heap and limit adjuster AFTER you installed the DLCPack? I recommend Stock or max. 1.5 if you have multiple DLCPacks for the gameconfig.

There's no crash in your log, but UltimateBackup was the last one running. Did you spam backup by any chance? Because that is known to cause issues.
