    А ты скачивал его с оф. сайта rph или тот который с lspdfr в комплекте?

    Попробуй его закинуть в корень игры и поставь только чтение, что-бы rph не сбросил startup.zip Через OpenIV в самой игре (вне папки mods) не трогал ничего? .xml и тд. не редактировал, насколько я понял ты несколько месяцев не играл, тут обновился и начались траблы?

    1. А если попробовать в обратную сторону и прописать настройки в ragepluginhook.ini и поставить только чтение. к примеру: 2. Переименуй mods в _mods 3. Попробуй в startup.rphs (открывай блокнотом) прописать LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response.dll" и поставить только чтение Колхоз колхозом, но вдруг прокатит запуститься

    Это конечно маловероятно, но проверь не стоит ли "только чтение" на ragepluginhook.ini

    А ты запускал сразу RPH или сначала гта, а потом после ее загрузки RPH?

    Check the mods you have installed one by one and locate the corrupt one, or create a new mods folder

    If you have a mods folder, try to rename it to _mods
