I don't think there is anything oficially released, just some mods that people have made to do it for themselves.

Unfortunaly with Origin you do need to be connected to their server to play, I recently found a bargin in EB games, all 17 Command and Conquer games plus a 20 song soundtrack cd, and early access to the next game for only $50, the catch is they are all digital downloads via Origin, and I installed it on my gf's laptop and when we did not have internet I could not play it because you need to be connected to Origin to play.

I would not be able to this this for a while until I'm on a better connection that does not give me 700ms ping lol. Keep up the good work with the mod.

If someone can test this for me, that would be awesome. I would like to add this to my clan so that normal citizens can participate in crimes (if they want to), it would add lots to the roleplaying element. This mod sounds amazing, and I will surly be tracking it's progress, and will test it out myself when I am able :)

with your steam version, right click it, and turn off auto updating, then it will keep it at 1.0 :)

Yea, seriously don't -1 him. I've seen threads where they can run it, but the LCPD:FR dev's will personally tell you that it was never designed for it, thats why I used my response, not everyone will get the same results. I believe that the people who can run LCPD:FR on 1.0.4.0 use a more updated scripthook than what LCPD:FR uses. There is also no need to -1 someone for just speaking their opinion. The -1 is there for people who are rude, like you are for -1'ing them. *EDIT* Back on topic, I have a Alienware and I can't run icEnhancer, I am not sure if I do something wrong, but I've tried on 1.0.7.0 and 1.0.4.0 and when I start the game it just gets to the legal screen, and then crashes to the desktop with no messages, hence why I personally suggest another ENB series.

I too experience this small bug starting GTA IV on Steam, I believe it's Steams fault. 1) put the dsound.dll from LCPD:FR its the best ASI loader u will have. 2) go the the GTA IV directory and launch from LaunchGTAIV.exe this should make it start the RSSC login, then the game should follow. *EDIT* Be aware, IIRC this bypasses Steam so you will not have the Steam Overlay in game (only brings more stability), but if this option is not for you, and you want the Steam Overlay then just keep killing the process and trying again, and ofter 2/3 trys it usually loads for me.
