Are you talking about 5 or 10 pin? Personally I prefer 10 pin bowling, as when I lived in England I never heard of 5 pin until I moved out here. I've never been part of a team/league it was always for fun, and I enjoyed it. I've considered joining a team, but I never thought I was good enough for competition play, and I prefer to keep it just casual.

Also make sure you are using the latest patch 1.0.7.0, as this updates the Rockstar Games Social Club Launcher. I also believe your running the launchGTAIV.exe from a shortcut on the desktop, try launching it directly from the folder (I think I had this issue once before)

In my opinion you have 2 options 1) If you have a laptop destroy it, and save up for a decent desktop and upgrade parts through out the year. 2) If you have a desktop upgrade it :)

whats the exact error, and do you have a car saved in your parking spot, this can cause an error if your changing that car.

commandline.txt can be located in the ROOT GTA IV directory, but if you don't know what it is, I doubt you have it as it is not there by default, but I recommend you downlaod drives for you monitor and make sure you are using the latest NVIDIA drivers.

also all laptops are mass produced, there is no customization in them. If they tell you that the computer is no good, then trust us, it's no good. Laptops are not really made for gaming, they are business people computers sacrificing power for mobility. The only thing you can customize on a laptop is RAM and HDD, sometimes you can get lucky and upgrade the CPU. Desktops are a million times better, and cheaper in the long run as you don't have to replace the whole thing, just upgrade what you need to upgrade. http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/xpsm1530/en/om/specs.htm just in case you still don't believe us, max mem is 4GB, GTA IV running mods your going to need more than this. Also the Max DDR3 memory that ur gfx card can have is only 256MB, and thats just covering the minimum. Adding in mods, it's going to want more. So really your computer can handle GTA IV on LOW settings, I would not expect much out of it, so that is why you can not get online. They have FPS requirements that you need to keep in order to stay connected in MP

Yes this is the Grady's EVCS. This mod has been designed to work with all cars, even the original cars will work with the lighting system of this mod. There are other features of the mods that will require the cars to be modded specially for it.

I'm trying to play the BETA, I download it, and open it up then it downloads an update and when I click restart, it then tells me that it's missing files needed to run and that I have to re-install.

I have little problems with .95, plus it contains a lot more features, also it is more secure as .91 stores ur username and password in plain text, where .95 uses a secure key method.
