  1. No. UPDATE: After hitting the reset button about 10 times, it booted up with errors but with the display. It's fixed now, but I am not doing any NVIDIA updates. Thanks anyways.
  2. Hello, I just did an NVIDIA Update through the GeForce Experience program. Halfway through the update, my computer stopped putting out a display signal. I thought it might be rebooting, so I waited. I waited about 20 minutes before just restarting it, thinking it was some glitch. There is still no display. I have tried connecting the HDMI to the Motherboard slot, but that also does not work. I really need to get on my computer right now to do something. I have a GTX 770 SuperClocked. Please Help! Thanks.
  3. No, there is no bug or glitch going on. The game loads fine. The problem is that the way the shootout callout is scripted, as soon as you pull up at the scene, a random cluster of guys spawn and all shoot directly at me. It would be far more realistic and better if they were already shooting when you are a couple of blocks away and can hear it, and when you pull up at the scene, they are all spread out and behind cover, shooting at each other and at me.
  4. Yes, this is what I mean. They all just spawn in in this big cluster right as I pull up. It would be great if they were actually all spread out and shooting from the beginning. I have a superclocked GTX 770 and an Intel i7 4770k, I doubt (or would like to doubt) that performance is an issue.
  5. Something that has always ground my gears in LCPDFR is when you pull up to a shootout and 10 guys randomly materialize out of thin air, all with the same exact gun, and all shoot at you. It should be such that I can hear gunshots from blocks away, and when I pull up to the scene, the suspects are all spread out and shooting at each other from the start. That's just my opinion. Thanks.
  6. Hello, I have had GTA IV and LCPDFR for a long long time and never really had problems with it until today. I have 2 problems and I am pretty sure they are related. The first one is that I cannot install the 1.0 hotfix. LCPDFR 1.0 works, but as soon as I install the hot fix, the game crashes halfway through loading to the desktop and the only way to fix it is to re-install LCPDFR without the hotfix. The other problem is I cannot activate express mode in ELS 7. I press Control + Backspace and it works about 1 out of every 50 tries. My other mods have been acting weird and crashing a lot. I only have vdh police helper and a few other basic mods, a trainer, and no ENB. I suspect this has something to do with the scripthook but I am not sure. I am really stumped. If you need any other information, please let me know. Thanks!
  7. Hello, I use ELS with icenhancer 2.1 and it looks great! You have to go into car.defaultlight.emissive.on and set it to 200 in your visualsettings file. That fixed it for me!
  8. @ Everybody - The enb is icenhancer 2.1 with the light emission setting thing set at 200. I forgot to change the config for the lights, that's why it shines red on the ground. The CVPI is from NB's mega car pack volume 1 1.0 with a custom skin I made.

Nobody made a mod that replaces the GTA IV police siren with the one from GTA V, so I decided to make it for the people that want it. Simply replace the horns.ivaud file in your game with this one. (Be sure to back up your original though.) Enjoy! Video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VlcCRom0wh8

  10. I played GTA IV on my iMac for the longest time and it had a less powerful graphics card than that and worked fine. You just can't run the game at max settings or install crazy ENBs. I got about 30-50 (Usually in the high 30s/low 40s for FPS, but since your's has a better video card, you should get even better performance. Make sure you use Boot Camp though.
  11. Hello, I am wondering if there is a such thing as a lock on rocket, or stinger missile in GTA V Online? I have been flying my buzzard around the map shooting at players and bounties and such, or even when I am not bothering anyone, I will randomly hear the lock on warning and a rocket will come up from below me and take me out. Is there something I am missing? I am pretty sure there is no lock on rocket in GTA V. Thanks.
  12. I figured out what it was. I was playing GTA IV before Battlefield 4 and I forgot to close it and it was running in the background, just minimized. Oops.
  13. This video is really a test of my ENB + Car Lights. I started playing and got a callout and a chase and thought it would make for a good video. Enjoy!
  14. I just started playing Battlefield 4 Online, and I have been getting this lag. I am playing the game on Ultra Settings, and have not been able to get past the lag issues. I was able to play single player on Ultra with no lag/marginal lag, but online lags consistently. Is it my computer being too slow to play the game on Ultra thats lagging, or is it the internet/server connection thats lagging? Here are my specs: Intel i7 4770k @ 3.5 GHz NVIDIA GTX 770 SuperClocked 8GB RAM Thanks!
  15. Ok I will try that. Thanks!
  16. Hello, Does anyone know of a mod for GTA IV that improves the handling of CVPIs? The native handling makes it drive like a parade float and the few handling lines that I have tried always make the car flip over when going around turns. Maybe something like the handling in GTA V. Thanks.
  17. I ran a more detailed analysis and it found thousands of junk files and other problems on my computer which it deleted and fixed. It seems to be running faster now.
  18. The scan completed, it found 2 dangerous files, 1 Trojan horse and some other file. I am going to try the defrag and some other options that come with my security software. Nothing has really changed on the computer, it's just running more slowly than before.
  19. Okay, I will do a virus scan now.
  20. This summer I built a PC with these specs: Intel 4770k 3.5 GHz Quad Core GTX 770 SuperClocked 8GB RAM 1 TB HDD I used it for several months and it was awesome. Every game I played ran quickly with high FPS and the computer booted up in about 30 seconds. I got really busy and didn't use the computer for a few months and just left it off next to my desk. I now am turning it on for the first time and it is WAY slower than before. Just turning it on takes several minutes and my games are running slowly. I have no idea why. I know if you don't run a car for a long time it can run slowly and have problems, but I didn't think computers were the same way. I checked inside the case and there really is not a lot of dust or anything. I am thinking of completely wiping the hard drive and installing Windows and everything from scratch. Would that fix it? What could be wrong? Thanks.

  22. Hello, I have been using the ENB Settings by Vucko v7 and I am very happy with it, but ELS does not look too good. The lights are very dim. An ENB like Game4Video ENB has good ELS effects. How can I add the ELS effects from the Game4Video ENB to the Vucko ENB? I think it has something to do with the bloom.fx file, but adding that did little. Thanks!
  23. What enb are you using?
