Hello, I am using an ELS cop car that has all red lights in the lightbar. This is more characteristic of a fire truck. How can I make the lights all blue? I have done some looking around, and I see that you do something with the light file inside the .wtd file, but I am not quite sure. Does anyone know this can be done? Thanks

Today on the way home from work, I saw a pretty cool looking police car (Crown Victoria), that I thought would be awesome with GTA 4/LCPDFR. Unfortunately, I was too slow in taking a picture of the vehicle in question, but the cool features that it had were: A front rambar/bullbar Rear Antennas Window mount lights as opposed to roof mount lights. My question is, Does anyone know of a ELS CVPI for GTA 4 that has these characteristics? I tried making one myself, but I had a problem where the bullbar and antennae would disappear/reappear while the lights are flashing, similar to the door glitch. I do not care about the skin, I have my own custom texture. Thanks.

LCPDFR is fun and all, but I am seriously bored to death with the same 3 Islands? Same callouts, same geography, same buildings, same people. Maybe I just play GTA IV too much.

Has anyone else noticed that with 0.95 when using alt+e to arrest someone, you are asked what you want to do (arrest them, call a transport, let them go) that the mod stops responding and you can't choose an option and you have to leave them there? Is this a bug or is it just me?

Whoops! I did not know that embedding was disabled, I must have disabled it by accident while uploading it. It's fixed now. Thanks. They are idle because they all ran to the side of the building my chopper was on and got behind cover right there, and I guess it took them a second to figure out that I was there. I had to shoot these scenes many times to get it right, and I got tired of spawning new choppers each time because they took damage, so I just amped up the health.

Everytime I aim at a suspect and do ALT-H they puts their hands up and then it tells me to go behind them and the scene cuts out and cuts back in and they are on the ground in handcuffs. How do I arrest the suspect so that I put the handcuffs on them and then they get in the cop car? I have seen it done on videos online, and I have only been able to do it once but I don't know how? How do you arrest this way?
