Hello, I am editing the lightbar file for a car that I like in GIMP. I am trying to make the lightbar blue and I did it, but the problem is that in the game, the blue is kind of dull. I changed it in GIMP, loaded up the game, and this time it was kind of purple. Can someone please tell me right shade of blue that is used on these files? I tried the eye dropper tool, but the blue it gave me was always more dull when I went to use it then where I copied it from. Thanks!

Where can I download this? It's always the cars that I like that never have download links.

Hello, ta I am trying to change the color of the lightbar on a car I downloaded. The problem is that the light file does not seem to corroborate with the lights in the game. I want the lightbar to be all blue except for the takedown lights which should be white/light. What should I change? The good news is that my GTA IV problem seems to be gone. I put the sliders back up and I am still getting 60+ FPS on high settings. I really don't know why it started working. On a side note, instead of making a new thread, I am having an odd problem with my PC that I could use some help with (This is the same PC.) I record videos on my PC (with FRAPS) and then I put the files on a USB 3.0 Drive, then put them on my Mac to edit. When the PC is copying the files to the hard drive, my USB mouse starts acting really weird. The cursor jumps around the screen kind of like when you have a low battery. (it's a wireless mouse) When the files are finished copying, the problem goes away. The mouse and drive are plugged into ports on my case, but the problem still happens with the mouse connected to the back. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!

Ok, I'll take your word for it. I'm going to try to change the colors on the file for a car with a Whelen Liberty and see what happens. Thanks for the help anyways though!

No. I want that crown vic in the link but with the lightbar that I put a link to. It is not a liberty or an edge like people have told me before. Break's signature has a picture of the exact one I'm talking about but with different colors (see below), but he said that it was never released. '> Note the slight difference between the one I was looking at, the one in this picture, and the liberty.

Hello, There are several threads about making requests for GTA IV stuff and they are all a mess and most modders are not accepting models. I have a request, (more like a challenge) for a model. If someone is willing and able to make it, please let me know. If nobody can, sorry for making another request thread. Happy 4th of July! Thanks.

Is there a solution to this? There are people on YouTube who can play with high quality and high FPS while recording with FRAPS with the same or lower specs.

I don't understand why people who make these vehicle textures don't just copy real police cars and change the name to "Liberty City" instead of whatever they are copying.

View Distance, Detail Distance, Vehicle Density. Everything else is on high. With those sliders up high, the FPS is in the 30s. When I lower them to 20 or below, I get 60-90, usually 70-80 FPS. I feel like I should not have to do that though with my specs.

I think I figured it out. Once I put the sliders down significantly, the FPS is now 70-90. I still have everything else on high. I feel like I shouldn't have to do that though.
