This has to be the best topic that's currenyly around.

Go to your ELS.ini file and scroll down to "[MISC SETTINGS]". Under that you should see FlashDelay_Sp = 2 and FlashDelay_Mp = 2, Sp meaning singleplayer and Mp multiplayer. If you want your lights to flash faster, change the '2' to '1'. To make them flash slower, change it to '3' (NO QUOTATION MARKS). The same goes for FlashDelayww_Sp = 2 and FlashDelayww_Mp = 2, only they are for the WRNL lights, AKA the wig-wags. For future reference, the explanation of the ELS.ini file can be found on page 16 of the ELS user guide. Enjoy your faster/slower flashing lights!

I think your view on marijuana depends on where you live. Here in Holland it's kinda legal in small amounts, although the law is a bit unclear. Anyway, I'm used to seeing people smoke weed in public but I can imagine in other countries where it is illegal people will look at it like a serious crime. The downside of teh weed shops here is theat it attracts a lot of foreigners that drive trough the border regins like absolute madmen. Now I live in the middle of Holladn so it's not much of a problem here, but I know people near the border that have a lot of Belgian, French and German people speed by, sometimes with police cars chasing them. And of course there's the tourists in Amsterdam. There's the actual tourist groups that go to all nice locations and there's the type that on arrival heads straight to the red light district and within the hour is smoking weed and banging hookers legally. If you look at last weekend's EMA Awards in Amsterdam, all international press was waiting at the location of the award show, whereas the Dutch press adn entertainment channels and magazines were checking the "coffeeshops" as we call them here. Conclusion: international superstars like weed. Well, that's my story, let me know what you think.

Nope, not possible either. The only vehicle with working weapons in GTA IV is the annihilator I think.

What the heck do you mean with "police area"?

Have you tried switching parked vehicles at the hangar? If you walk up to the tank it should say that you can switch by pressign 'right' on the d-pad (or whatever it's called).

Yeah, the no fly zone's a bitch. I flew over it to see what would happen but got shot down by a fighter jet before the controller finished his warning.. EDIT: when you drive a semi truck through the gate (nobody opened it), tanks will open fire. And kill you....

After loading the model in SparkIV, did you click save and rebuild?

air support is in, taser switching is in, issue commands to partner is probably impossible as it is a bodyguard that only does stuff if someone hurts you, female cops also isn't possible because there's no female cop voice. If you like a female cop, get a mod for it and use a male voice since that's the only option.

I'm gonna grab some guns, steal a car and get chased round the map by the cops.

I'm not sure if the ceybindings you have there are matching to the keys you want them on or if you just copied them from how they are, but at the bottom of the ELS user manual there's a list of keybindings. If you just replace the bindings in the ELS.ini with the ones of the keys you want certain functions on, you can edit it all to how you like it.

ELS does indeed work with LCPDFR, but you do need ELS enabled cars. If you're still using the standard GTA cars it'll make the lightbars go haywire. Try installing some ELS eabled cars.
