I'd just like to point out that people do have the option of logging in as invisible, meaning we do not see the last time they were online.  My guess is that his personal life is busy. 

Can definitely confirm the last online thing isn't a reliable way to see activity...

What type of information are you looking for on this person? Are they still active? possibly. Are they working on things for GTA? perhaps.

Well, I don't know about other people for me, I have this issue where only ELS sirens go mute after about 8-10 minutes in a police chase, non els sirens work just fine though. Only way to fix this is by loading up the game again, it's strange.

It's probably better to troubleshoot it yourself, and document your findings in a post somewhere to ensure someone sees it. 

 

Also, Lt.Caine is quite enigmatic. No one knows who he is except Sam or LMS.
