  1. This has nothing to do with ELS or the vehicle models, it's a GTA thing. Getting out of a car will always turn off the engine. This can be solved quite easily by installing a mod like this one or this one Please make sure to read the installation instructions for whichever one you pick, one of them is a scripthook mod, the other one an RPH one.
  2. ScriptHookV is still up to date, as there was no Tiny Racers DLC, that was merely a new gamemode using existing assets from previous updates. Either way, ScriptHookV updates can be found here: http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/ And SciptHookV.net here: https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases
  3. @SpikeTerm Given the name of this topic and the section it was posted in, this is in fact about LCPDFR, not LSPDFR, meaning that video won't help. @Ricardo Vale I think you might have trainer hotkeys left on, and as such certain key combinations will spawn random vehicles. Go into the options or settings of whatever trainer you may have and turn off the hotkeys.
  4. @BlackNoise Or, rather than searching where the most up-to-date version of a model is, you can just stuff it all into the latest patchday and it'll work anyway.
  5. There is a banner at the top of the main forum page, and I doubt anyone who doesn't read that will read a second message in the support section.
  6. In the top right of the page, click your name, then click account settings, go to display name and follow the instructions there.
  7. I'm not exactly sure what your issue is. RDE version 3.0 literally just requires you to run a .exe file that will guide you through the available options, and at the end it then builds a .oiv file you can simply install through the OpenIV package installer. Can't be much easier than that.
  8. That error when closing the game can't be fixed. Then again, there's no real need to considering it doesn't actually do any harm, and only appears when closing the game.
  9. That's GTA V itself, they're like that even without mods.
  10. I have no idea. It's probably possible, but it'll likely break some things here and there in how they spawn.
  11. Correct, s_m_y_hwaycop_01 only has the motorcycle boots to make sure the game always spawns them that way on motorcycles. For the regular pants and shoes used by officers in cars, use s_m_y_hwaycop_02, which comes with a campaign hat instead of a helmet, and also has an option for body armor.
  12. The same way you would otherwise, only all the files will be located in the RDE DLC, or one of the addon DLCs if you installed those.
  13. RDE uses its own DLC files, so you'll have to replace them in there.
  14. I'm not sure what the issue is, RPH supports 944, and has been doing so since a day or 2 after update 944 came out mid-December last year. The only updates to GTA that happened recently were social club launcher updates, which don't affect RPH.
  15. That is the latest version, yes, and I can confirm it works with the latest version of the game (version 944).
  16. The latest RPH version works fine on the latest game version, so you're probably using an outdated version of the RPH.
  17. They don't have SLR lightbars, but this is probably as close as you'll get.
  18. Sounds like whatever vehicle you are using is not suitable for ELS. Either replace it with an ELS-enabled vehicle, or disable ELS for that slot if you want to keep the current one.
  19. The latest version of RPH should still work fine on the latest game version, and LSPDFR works with the latest RPH. I was playing with it all earlier today without any issues.
  20. This is about LCPDFR, which is for GTA IV, which doesn't have any anti-modding measures. You're thinking about LSPDFR, for GTA V, which does.
  21. They should be under model spawning > added peds menu.
  22. The message board text consists of static textures for each line of text, meaning they can only be toggled on or off entirely and not move sideways, so to answer your question, no, scrolling text is not possible.
  23. Check the top of the page, just above the topic title.
