You can't.... That's the point of Caine's model, The vanilla doesn't allow for custom mapping, only mirror mapping, therefore you can't create a legit SAHP skin for it. I may be able to help you with the problem with Caine's. What exactly is wrong with it when you put it in game?

Wow... Thank you for this. Such a beautiful model recreated as a police car. Just freaking awesome! Every aspect is well thought out and just amazingly crafted. Much better than what I thought was going to come out.
