Are you using the model as police2? Is your PostFX and Shader Quality settings turned to max?

I don't mean to, but I lol'd. You need to replace the line: <modelName>REPLACE ME WITH MODEL NAME</modelName> with whatever model you're using the car as, such as <modelName>police2</modelName>

The settings for carvariations.meta are in the "Use this to make any vehicle act like police2.txt" file.

This isn't a 'fix'. It completely disables highbeams/takedowns when sirens are active.

It does not overwrite anything in your game files (.rpf edits) but while this pack is active it will replace your sheriff, fbi, fbi2, sheriff2 slots. To restore the originals you just remove the line from dlclist.xml.

Does your game crash on startup? you need to remove the spaces from: <modelName> Police </ modelName> and make it so it's <modelName>police</modelName>

open RPH console, type spawn sheriff3 Or set it up in your trainer.

You should make your sirens a weird number, like 38 and 39 instead of 14 and 15. That way you won't be fighting with other carcols. I tried to do it myself, but I've ended up with lightbars that do nothing. May or may not continue to try ;p

@ghost128 Couple issues here. Your mod wants to overwrite my entire carcols.ymt file. Why? You could just consolidate all your changes into the carcols.meta file you're including in the dlcpack. extratitleupdate.meta.. why are we touching this file? It's not necessary. Take a look at most other dlcpack addon mods like the one from Captain14. Seems like things are being overcomplicated when they don't need to be. You don't need to overwrite ANY file in update.rpf to install a dlcpack. The only file you need to edit in update.rpf is dlclist.xml and that's just one line.

Well that's good to know. I always use the Rottweiler, I'll test out the other types and see if it does the same thing. Sorry for getting snippy with ya. ;)

You're shitting all over this guy's mod and providing no proof of any of it. I can link you to a video or 10 of the K9 doing exactly what you said it won't do. So maybe you need to fix your game or provide some logs if you're experiencing an issue? Just a thought.
