I can't replicate this. Our monitoring shows that our servers have not been over capacity recently.
It may be the case that there is a contention issue between our frontend provider and your ISP. In which case, only they can solve the issue.

    Wow maximum 2000ms?

    1) Are you using wireless or do you have a physical connection to your internet router? Something can be interfering with your wireless connection. Phones, or just your neighbor's wireless connection, etc. Also someone could be leeching your internet if they manage to connect to your wireless network.

    2) Usually rebooting the router can help. Turn off your router, wait 30 seconds, turn it back on again.

    3) Not enough bandwidth for your neighborhood. Think of internet cable as a water tab that originate from one end of the street to the end. Chances are you won't get much water if the house upstream using all your bandwidth. You can call your provider and complain about it.

    4) Somehow the cable that's providing internet has been damaged. If you call your service provider they can check it on their end and hopefully fix it.

Just as an update on the progress -
Progress is going smoothly; I have currently began creating a ScriptController that will, independently from LSPDFR, call these "callouts" and allow me to control what parts occur when.
I have about 90% finished the Crime Scene Investigation portion (simply need to add the rest of the variation, which will take some time).

Note that with this, you will be able to determine what evidence is important to pick up and what should be left behind.  This will allow me to base your performance off whether or not you collected all the important evidence.

It's been at least 3 months since my last update and I've made a lot of improvement!  Here's a quick list of what's included now:
Stages spanning over sessions Security Camera footage of crime scene (if available) Interrogation methods fully implemented Dialog method implemented Rewriting of last three stages + new stage for requesting warrant Social media page for victim with real-time information Final stage changed to swat raid of location And many, many bug fixes!
A BETA HAS BEEN RELEASED!!!  WANT TO GET ACCESS?  CHECK OUT THE WEBSITE BELOW!

Expect a video made by Darkmyre soon!!!

    Previous updates:

ORIGINAL POST (UPDATED WITH ACCURATE PERCENTAGES)
This pack will feature at its release three callouts:
    1. Murder
    2. Sexual Assault
    3. A secret....
The aim of this pack is to bring detective style policing to Los Santos.
These callouts will be in depth -- requiring skills that a real police officer uses like attention to detail, questioning of suspects and determining if they are lying or not, and waiting for information (callouts will span over time and will reappear later on and continue from where they left off).
I will be working with @Albo1125 (most likely) later on in the development (once he gets more freetime, haha) to incorporate some ideas he had as well.
    Current Status:
    -Murder: 5%
    -Sexual Assault: 95%
    -Secret: 0%

I will continue updating this page as development continues!
Thank you everyone for your support!

Police Radio is a modification that enhances gameplay as a Police Officer in LSPDFR. It allows you to check license plates, tow vehicles, call coroner services, request backup for traffic stops, request K9 drug dogs to scan the car, have observations of the vehicle, question the driver of a vehicle in a traffic stop, andrequest pits on suspects. Each aspect of the modification will be explained further within the description.

Coroner Removes the dead from the scene.   Request Additional Unit for Traffic Stop You can request to dispatch to send you a additional unit if you need the upper hand  At this first release, it is very basic, and can be some what dangerous at this stage.  Use at your own risk. Request K9 Unit for Air Sniff You can request to dispatch to send a K9 unit that will air sniff around the car and attempt to find drugs if the user dones't consent to a search of the vehicle. Very basic first release, will improve over time. Observations Window You'll observe things as you approach the vehicle, and this can impact the over all traffic stop experience. Hey there! Looking to create a callouts plugin of your own? Well, I'm here to help you.
So, let's get started. The requirements are as follows:
    1) Have some general knowledge of C#, to learn the basics of C# I recommend reading Sections 1-17 here: http://rbwhitaker.wikidot.com/c-sharp-tutorials
    2) Have Visual Studio Community Free, or any other version other than a trial, found here: https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/visual-studio-homepage-vs.aspx
    3) Have the files "RagePluginHookSDK.dll" and "LSPD First Response.dll", found in the downloads of RPH and LSPDFR.

Alright, once you have met those requirements, we can move onto the steps of starting your first callouts plugin!
    1) Create a folder called "References" anywhere easily accessible to you.
         - In this folder, place your files "RagePluginHookSDK.dll" and "LSPD First Response.dll".

    2) Open Visual Studio.
         - Once VS has fully loaded, at the top right click "File", "New", "Project".
         - At the left click the arrows next to "Installed", "Templates", and click on "Visual C#".
         - Then, in the middle box click "Class Library".
         - Under "Name" at the bottom, in the box type whatever you want your project/callouts plugin to be called.
         - Under "Location" choose where you want to save the project, this is recommended to be an easily accessible area.
         - Click "OK".

    3) When all loads in, you should get a screen of code like this:

    4) First, click "Project" at the top of the screen, then "Add Reference..".
         - A window will pop with a bunch of gibber jabber on it. Click the arrow next to "Browse".
         - At the bottom left, click "Browse.."
         - Once in Windows Explorer, navigate to your folder "References".
        - Hold the left control key and select both the files in the folder References (Rage SDK and LSPD DLL).
        - Make sure both boxes for the two files are ticked. Then, click "OK".

    5) At the top of your code where everything says "using blahblah;". Replace all of those with the following lines below:
These basically state what references you're using, simple as that.
    6) Over to the right, rename Class1.cs to Main.cs.
    7) Then, you need to replace the code below the using statements with the following (explanations in the code, after "//"):
So this basically concludes our Main.cs file, all we have to do later on, as stated near the end of Main.cs above our method RegisterCallouts(), is register the callouts that we make, which we are about to do.
    8) Next, we need to double click on "Properties" to the right. Under the dropdown box "Target framework:" select .NET Framework 4.6.
         - Then click Control+S and exit the Properties tab.

    9) Over to the right, right click on ExamplePlugin and click "Add" then "New Folder", naming it "Callouts".
         - Then, right click on the "Callouts" folder, click "Add" then "Class..".
         - Name it whatever your callout name is, for this example we're going to be creating a simple "Pursuit in Progress" callout, so name it "PursuitinProgress.cs".

    10) In it, use this code below:
Everything is explained in the code to help you out. I recommend you experiment with it to change things to your liking.
    11) Now, go to Main.cs and under the RegisterCallouts() method you need to add the following:
    12) Lastly, double click "Properties" to the right. Then, click "Build" to the left. Under "Platform Target:" select x64.
         - Thank you @Stealth22 for informing me of this!

Save and you're good to go! You got your first callout. You can ultimately expand upon this information I have provided with you to make your own unique callouts plugin!
         - To actually use the plugin, you have to click "Build" at the top of VS, click "Build Solution", make sure there are no errors, then go to wherever your project "ExamplePlugin" is located, go into bin > Debug. There you will find your references that were used and your "ExamplePlugin.dll". Drag and drop this file into GTA V > Plugins > LSPDFR and boot up GTA V! Also, if you want to quickly debug and make solving crashes easier, install "ExamplePlugin.pdb" to the same spot you installed ExamplePlugin.dll.

If you have any questions, please ask me!
If I forgot something or messed up something (as expected), please let me know.

Okay, so following onto my previous thread, I, along with the other devs on LSPDFR are going to create a standardised list of colors for use on blips and routes in LSPDFR API development.

Devs, if you have a scenario that isn't covered by the list, please post below and I'll add it in. If you have any suggestions or ideas, please also post.

    GPS BLIPS AND RADAR COLOURS
    BLIP SIZES
Blips sizing should be as follows:
Vehicles: 1.0 Peds: 0.75 PEDS + VEHICLE BLIPS

    ZONES
Primary search areas (prior to accepting a callout) (Drawing.Color.Yellow)
    ROUTES
All routes should be Yellow (Drawing.Color.Yellow)
    NOTIFICATIONS, HELP PROMPTS AND SUBTITLES
Ensure that all blips are the same colour as they are when highlighted in any on screen text. For example, suspects are red, and should be highlighted in text as red too. Minimal colour should be used within on-screen text. Color should only be used to highlight key information or to highlight the colour of a particular person or object on the map. Examples: Exactly the same should apply to subtitles at the bottom of the screen. Use color to only highlight the key information. As plugins get updated to follow the above, we'll have a much more immersive plugin system that doesn't have strangely mismatched colours.

You can use Directory.GetCurrentDirectory().to get the root folder of GTA V, then add the file path beginning from GTA V, for exemple @"\Plugins\LST\mywavfile.wav".
    The following code :
    System.Media.SoundPlayer player = new System.Media.SoundPlayer(Directory.GetCurrentDirectory() + @"\Plugins\LST\mywavfile.wav"); player.Play();should do the job.

Development is halting atm. cause of a bug inside rage plugin hook.
    Bus Simulator V
    - For Grand Theft Auto V -

    Introduction:
Did you ever wish that you were a bus driver... Yeah... Yeah you did, and that is now (or soon, depending on when you're reading this) possible within the big world of Grand Theft Auto V.
So... You might ask. What can you even do in such a mod? Well, you guessed it... Drive buses! How cool is that? The first thing you do when you spawn in, as the excited player you are, is getting into a vehicle and rush to the bus terminal marked with a bus icon on the map, if didn't already know where it's at. When you have arrived and parked at the terminal's parking lot (becuse if you don't park your car it might get removed. Sorry about that), it's time to get on duty, much like the way that you go on duty in the LSPDFR mod. You just go to the entrance of the terminal, and press the End key, to go on or off-duty. As simple as that! You will now spawn in as a bus driver! Yes, we are almost there. The bus of yours, will be parked just outside, and is marked with a orange/yellow icon on the map. When you enter the bus, you will be meet by a menu, where you can choose your route! Right now there are only one route, but more will problably be added. And now... To the fun part... Driving the bus around on the route. Unfortunatly I'm not able to change the display at the top of the bus to say anything else than "DOWNTOWN", but that isn't really nessesary anyways. You will figure out the rest of the mod yourself, when you play it.
Ohh.. And did i fail to mention that you can create your very own routes if you want to. Just copy the "plugins/bus simulator v/routes/downtown.xml" file, and change, add or delete more point elements in the xml file. You will figure it out. In the future there will be added a way to generate your own routes ingame.

    Featues:
Drive buses on routes           -  Picking up people.
              -  Get paid for your routes.
              - Time schedule. Do not come too late!
Private people can hire the bus company. Drive the airport buses More to come...
    Featues that might be comming:
Drive Express Dashhound buses from bus terminal to Paleto Bay and such. Drive buses from the airport to the terminal. Take a ride on an AI controlled bus on local routes, express routes, etc. Thanks for all the great feedback and good ideas! :D

    Your ideas:
If you have a function you would like me to implement in the final release of the mod, or just an idea you think would be cool, just write a comment down below. :)

Check out the animations list in the Rage documentation: http://docs.ragepluginhook.net/html/62951c37-a440-478c-b389-c471230ddfc5.htm
And the PlayAnimation function of TaskInvoker: http://docs.ragepluginhook.net/html/4DB19EAA.htm
    And a basic code example...
(This is very rough, you'll want to add error checking and what not. And my project is in VB.NET, I've translated it into C#, so my C# syntax might be rusty)
    Ped myPed = new Ped("ModelName", SpawnPoint); if (myPed != null) { if (myPed.Exists) { // Make the ped walk like he is drunk AnimationSet animSet = new AnimationSet("move_m@drunk@verydrunk"); animSet.LoadAndWait(); myPed.MovementAnimationSet = animSet; // Playing an animation // The list of hyperlinks on the Rage Anim list page is a list of Anim Dictionaries // Each one has a set of animation names underneath it // "amb@world_human_bum_standing@drunk@idle_a" is the dictionary name // And "idle_a" is the anim name // I'm not exactly sure how blend speed (not anim speed, but apparently its the speed that the anim blends in) affects anything, but I just set it to 1 // Anim flags tells GTA to loop the anim, or ragdoll the ped when something hits it, etc. // The object browser or Rage docs can tell you all the AnimationFlags myPed.Tasks.PlayAnimation(New AnimationDictionary("amb@world_human_bum_standing@drunk@idle_a"), "idle_a", 1f, AnimationFlags.RagdollOnCollision); } }

You can use Ped.Tasks.<task>, but there are plenty more tasks than what are provided with the RAGE Hook. I use natives for most of my tasks, as a large amount of tasks, such as attacking peds or fleeing, aren't included in Ped.Tasks. You can use the GTA V Native DB, and expand the "AI" section, and find the tasks you want.
Example, to make a ped flee from the player, use the following (taken from the native db):
void TASK_REACT_AND_FLEE_PED(Ped ped, Ped fleeTarget) The native db shows the parameters, and the name of the native. You'd then use this information to do the following:

Rage.Native.NativeFunction.CallByName<uint>("TASK_REACT_AND_FLEE_PED", <yourfleeingped>, Rage.Game.LocalPlayer.Character); Hopefully this was pretty simple, I'm not the best at explaining things. Taking a look at that native db will be really useful.
