So I have double, triple checked everything. I litteraly just replaced the sheriff slot, with a BxBugs CVPI. That is the only vehicle mod I have, and it is placed in patchday14. Everything should be fine. No messing with metas, no bull. Just drag, and drop. Yet when I go to spawn the car in (through RPH console or trainer) it simply does not appear. No logs are out of ordinary. It simply is as if the car does not exist. I have tried it with different models, with replacement and addon slots. Nothing works. Not only that, but after installing a car, like mentioned above, not only does it refuse to spawn, but it messes all of the road textures up. I have no idea why this is happening. I even tried a fresh install. All I have is RPH, LSPDFR, ELS, Simple Trainer, and OpenIV and the cars. That is the only modifications. The ELS file for the new car is also in the proper folder. Edit: Not only does it screw the road textures, but buildings too. It only happens after I try to spawn the vehicle in. There is no error. It just doesnt spawn.

I don't know for sure. They would definetly be in the new vehicles.meta.

From my experiences, you will have to redo all your copy-pasting of .meta files, except for those located in dlcpacks such as MPvalentines MPChristmas and all that. I would also just add whatever you need to the new dlclist. As far as vehicles go, as long as they are in a patchday, you should be ok.

No, this isn't on my end. Every other service works perfect. Downloads, websites, etc. on all devices. I have restarted the router many times, the cable is in perfect condition. This must be an issue on LCPDFR.com server.

@LuciusAvette I did a speedtest to some server in France, and I still got a ping of 190ms. Download 3Mbps, Up 0.6 I followed those CMD prompts as well, and tried pinging LCPDFR.com I got an average ping of 1054ms, Minimum 170ms, Maximum 2000ms Is there a specific download server I can ping to?

I usually get a 700kilobytes/s dl speed, but for some reason today I am getting 70 on here. Everywhere else, including on speedtest.net is fine.
