Problems with a Girl
She's got problems bigger than you realize if all this happened within 3 weeks.

Sony VAIO Driver Issue
Three ways to install drivers: -Use Windows update and hope that most devices are generic enough where Microsoft will have base drivers for them. -Use a factory recovery disc or a Windows disc. -Search using the Hardware ID found in 'Device Manager', and cross reference that with Google and the manufacturer's website. Now that you have everything running, I'd strongly recommend you make a recovery disc or at least copy the drivers onto a USB drive.

Building a Green (Mini-ITX) PC
Again, fantastic, but not a priority. Other industries do more planetary damage than idling computers. Cost savings should take a back seat to preserving nature, and as a whole, we (as in humans) need to prioritize. Intel, Google and all of them would actually be doing us a bigger favor by putting pressure on companies that produce physical waste to cut down on what they're doing, or by putting pressure on various governments to impose sanctions on said businesses. Fix physical waste problems first, worry about their energy bill and their dusty old workstations later.

Building a Green (Mini-ITX) PC
If I'm honest, I think there are more serious problems that need addressing than idling computers, especially on the personal user level. Pitch this idea to big companies with thousands of computers in one building, that'll make a more meaningful dent. Even still though, I'd focus on bio-waste and pollution first. Especially from companies that should know better. One anti-progressive thing being done these days are people buying Toyota Prius's. Building, shipping and selling one creates more waste than the cars actually save vs. another domestic vehicle.

Problems with a Girl
Even if technically both of you could have a physical relationship without parental interference, she can still be arrested and charged with 'Deprivation of Custody' by your parents if they don't want you two together. Tell her to wait a couple of years. Also, lol @ you for posting this. In reference to the meme, I spent next to no time on that picture FYI, so spare me any criticism.

Building a Green (Mini-ITX) PC
So is any desktop, or laptop, or netbook, or tablet, or phone, or ipod... Sorry to rain on your parade. I get the reasoning behind having a cheap PC, but I don't see the point of investing both physical labor and money into this thing unless you're building something small all by yourself just to show people you built something small all by yourself. The best reaction you'll get from someone is "Neat... moving on..." No matter, to each their own. It sort of reminds me of home theater PCs, if any of you are familiar with what those are/were. Those you can kind of get creative with, like this: "Neat", as I mentioned before.

Undercover Lamborghini or Veyron?
FYI a 1/2 a million dollar super car is probably going to turn heads more than a marked police cruiser would. Less is more unless you're playing Need for Speed.

Cars Randomly Stopping
It's not a feature. It's a glitch that happens when you use the in-car computer. It existed long before version 1.0. Shortly after you stop using the computer and get out of the car again, the AI cars that stopped will drive away.

Liberty County Sheriffs Department
Pretty good design. A couple of problems you should address ASAP though: 1.) K9 writing on the rear of the CVPI is cut off slightly by the backup lights on the trunk. 2.) Front side panel Sheriff stars

Bring back the Crown Victoria!
I outlined pretty clearly what was wrong with the Taurus, but everyone has their own opinions. There's nobody saying it can't become a better car than it is now, either. But I'd like it if they'd scrap the Taurus and go with something else. Make a patrol car that's actually designed from the very beginning for the job, rather than gutting and microchipping an existing 4 door sedan and calling it a Police Interceptor. They can keep the Tauruses for undercover work and use a 100% police design for marked cruisers, or reverse the order of design and start with an Interceptor, and then equip it well enough and soften it up enough to be sold as a civilian car.

Bring back the Crown Victoria!
1.) There are 49 other states in the U.S. with different pursuit policies, and these cars are also being sold to other countries. It's not healthy for any company or anybody to say "Well it doesn't effect me, so I don't care." 2.) I'm not talking about Ecoboost, I'm talking about a turbocharger, which is something the Police Taurus is supposed to be equipped with according to the statistics of the vehicle. Turbochargers have lag unless it's compensated for by a complicated electronics system which you'll only find on the finest sports cars and super cars. Smaller turbochargers don't have as bad of lag, but we're talking about Ford here, so I doubt what they're doing with any engine beyond that of the GT40 or the Mustang is precision engineering per se. I also already mentioned that 40-100 is equally if not more important for cars. 0-60 time is slightly reduced with the Taurus but not enough to merit a whole "new" design, and to merit the same cost per vehicle. Cutting features to cut cost isn't always the best solution to things, either. The reason the CVPI consumed fuel the way it did was because it's latest generation was designed in the late 1990's and had barely changed since then. V8's don't always have to guzzle gas. There are plenty of companies out there that can produce V8's with even higher horsepower and torque levels that can give you upwards of 30mpg, some of them by disabling cylinders when not in use, some of them by using a fancy electronic motor, some by just plain more thoughtful engineering. Ford, like many companies, got lazy and didn't change the design because there weren't enough complaints. The CVPI itself was canceled out of convenience, because the civilian Crown Vics weren't selling. Not because of complaints from law enforcement. Regarding PITing a bus, it was an example. And the bus had already been spiked but didn't stop. It took three Chevy Tahoe's to spin it out. But I was pointing out the fact that the CVPI had enough power and weight to knock around something as heavy as a bus. The Taurus looks like a tin can, and the body is smaller which improves handling but at a couple of sacrifices I already went over. 3.) I'm not saying they should make two models. I don't support the Crown Vic coming back. I just came to this thread to talk about the new Taurus, which I don't like. I didn't say I think the Crown Victoria should still exist in its current state. It shouldn't. I think Ford needs to scrap the Taurus AND the Crown Vic and make a new car from scratch, or let Dodge have it since the Charger has most of the benefits of the Crown Vic and is roughly the same cost. Any vehicle that's supposed to be touted as a better answer to an old question better have what it needs to prove that, and a price tag to match. I pointed out that there are benefits to the Taurus, 100%. But with all of the corners Ford cut, they should have been able to cut the price down by a few grand, especially with all the plastics and the lightweight body work they used. But nope. That's Ford for you. 4.) It is personal choice, yes. Keep in mind I just listed what problems I had with it, not problems everybody thinks it has or police departments themselves have with it, although I'm sure I'm not alone with my perspective.

Bring back the Crown Victoria!
No they aren't. The new Fords are based off of the Ford Explorer and the Ford Taurus SHO, although they're both uglier than their civilian counterparts, if you ask me. That being said, the law enforcement versions of these cars are indeed much more well thought out as far as it's equipment setup goes. It's way more than just comfort and control. As far as the Taurus goes, seating in the back is now better for prisoners, the front cabin is more comfortable for the officers, the engine has been changed from a big V8 to a smaller V6 which gets better gas mileage, but it is now turbocharged to make it slightly faster than the Crown Victoria. The car's body is smaller and lighter so handling is better. On paper, the Taurus is a great car. I have a few problems with them though: 1.) With the cars reduced weight, comes reduced strength and durability. A PIT maneuver from a CVPI is heavy hitting and can spin you off of the road regardless of whether you're driving a Toyota Corolla or a Ford F350. I've even seen a single Crown Victoria push an entire stolen school bus with a PIT (although it wasn't able to 100% spin the bus). Although the Ford Taurus is lighter and nimbler, it won't be able to shrug off any damage it may incur during pursuits as well as the old Crown Vics do, nor will the car on car impact be as forceful so PITS and rolling roadblocks will be less effective. 2.) Turbochargers are great in theory since they can take mediocre engines and turn them into absolute beasts just by fitting a small accessory to the engine. But there is turbo lag associated with that, meaning that if you mash your foot down, there can be a delay between the pedal reaching the floor, and the car responding to it. A V8 that's cranking out all of its power all the time is less efficient on fuel, but guarantees all the power is there when you need it. 0-60 time isn't everything. 40-100 is important for chases since not every single police chase starts out with a suspect vehicle that's completely stopped. 3.) They're not really any less expensive to buy or maintain than the CVPI's were. 4.) They're ugly, and they don't appear to be well made. Just look at it: My 8 year old computer chair that's falling apart looks like it's built better than that thing.

Bad Snow on east coast
Arctic/polar winters are year round, spring is by definition. New England doesn't have spring, as far as I'm concerned. We have mud season, which is still cold but the ground is wet and mushy, then summer comes in June/July..

Cant LOAD GTA
Yeah I went back and re-read that. Good man.

Not a single enb works
You're installing something incorrectly somewhere, I'm almost certain of it. See if you can dig up a YouTube video of how to install an ENB, and install the one used in the video.

This is Weird!
APU's haven't been around very long, where as the 4000 series of AMD GPU's are very old. They're both **** either way, but because the integrated GPU on it's own is considered better, the laptop may have higher details settings preloaded by default. It's still going to suck, no matter what the settings are, though. Not only does that laptop not have a dedicated graphics card, but it doesn't even meet the minimum requirement for CPU speed.

Will LCPDFR 1.0 work for Windows 8.1?
Windows 8.1 is fine, you don't have a graphics card though so you're going to have a hard time getting it to run smooth, look pretty, or both.

Cant LOAD GTA
Just answer the questions. You're wasting time telling us it's unnecessary that could be otherwise used to solve your issue(s). And hiding information like that hints that you have something to hide.

Good specs?
Mediocre. You're about 6 years behind today's graphics cards, so good luck with that. Both GTA IV and Arma are going to be a pain to run. You need more. Have fun with solitaire.

Bad Snow on east coast
You'll probably do what New England does. Pile it up in dump trucks, drive to the ocean, dump it in the water.
