  1. Go to Sandy Shores, answer an "Armed Suspect" callout
  2. Agreed. Expanding on this, I'd also like to see a system that I suggested for LCPDFR where you can choose ped models, vehicles a ped responds in, the number of peds in the car and weapon loadouts with each type of backup.
  3. Those don't spawn naturally in game. These mods add variety to the spawning system.
  4. How long it takes to access models with OpenIV depends entirely on the skill/luck of the OpenIV developers. After that happens, a plugin for zmodeler would still need to be made to support V modding, then we could probably see basic car mods (ie: templated police vehicles with different in game lightbars). Vehicle conversions can take a few weeks, but those ones don't usually turn out good. Remember that it took 6 months with GTA IV before any model edits even came out, and another month after that before the first car mods.

I see new topics on "Why are there no GTA V car mods?" at least 2 or 3 times a week on this site alone.
  6. That would depend on if they are able to find that animation. As pointed out in this topic, there are over 35,000 different animations for them to search through.
  7. it will be announced later this week.
  8. It will be pure doom with tens of thousands trying to get on, plus an added DDOS for good measure.
  9. That's not how LSPDFR or LCPDFR has ever worked
  10. As it has been said multiple times, RAGE hook isn't working on GTA V multiplayer as it was intended by the creators. LSPDFR will not be playable online.
  11. Congratulations, you figured it out Hastings. Happy Communism LCPDFR! All hail Supreme Leader Kim-Il-Sam!
  12. I could make a better countdown than you
  13. No, that's a thread on a feature preview for LSPDFR. This thread is clearly about a non-existent timer that some how means LSPDFR is coming soon.
  14. What timer?
  15. We honestly have no clue what you're talking about with the timer
  16. Shocking. Since people did ask, yes, there is a need to say that it is not supported. I agree with FtDLulz, I want to know where you got this number from. Every single time some one has asked about a release date since the very early preview days of LCPDFR in 2009, the answer to "when can we get a release" has always been "when it's done." This isn't done in anger, this is done because some people don't seem to grasp how delicate and difficult scripting is. I know for a fact Sam was close to releasing LSPDFR several times recently, but had to stop to completely rewrite code that was broken at the last minute. Lying about a release date will make people more angry at the developers, and releasing a buggy version will tarnish the reputation that was earned in LCPDFR. Really now? You talk to Sam on a daily basis? You know the progress of the mod as well as him? You know for a fact that the quality standard has been met, and that Sam and LMS are screwing with the community with constant teases while hoarding LSPDFR to themselves? So you're encouraging people to get angry because Sam wants a quality product, instead of a buggy version that will anger a lot of people?
  17. You can't. The tools don't exist and never will. Your thread has been moved to the GTA IV Support Requests forum, as it is not an LCPDFR support request.
  18. One thing I noticed is the flashlight on this gun

  20. They can't really be working on anything because there's no way to edit models yet. Quite frankly, no one knows the mechanics of V modeling.
  21. ALOOMANAUTI!
  22. Here's Lt. Caine's non-els ESU truck: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=631
  23. Yes. And game crashing depends on what mods you are using. While you have a higher chance of crashing with ELS and lots of car mods, in general, the less mods you have the better it runs. I can play for about half an hour to 45 minutes with all my slots modded with ELS cars, ENB, numerous script mods and every police player slot modded.
